Description of the Swan Lake vacation cottage rental

Come spend a week on one of the best beaches on Swan Lake. 100 feet of private sandy beach just a stones throw from your front door.(Exclusively yours for the week, no sharing with others camps). Our three bedroom cottage is completely furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable week at the lake including all bed linens and towels.
Fishing is a popular activity on the lake with Salmon, Trout, Togue and Bass in the lake waters.

Well behaved pets are allowed with permission.

Kayak and canoe rentals are available at a local sportsman store.

Area Description

We are centrally located in mid coast Maine 10 miles from the ocean in Belfast where you can enjoy lobster dinners, scenic boat rides, unique shopping and restaurants for all cuisines. We are located 10 minutes from Searsport where there is some of the best antiquing in Maine. Also Penobscot Marine Museum where you could easily spend an afternoon learning about the local martime history.
The Bar Harbor region and Acadia National Park are only 1.5 hours away and the Moosehead Lake region is 2 hours from the cottage.

We stayed at this amazing lake house in July for a week. The owners have left no stone unturned: loaded new kitchen with everything you could possibly need for entertaining including a lobster pot, crackers and serving dishes. Did I also mention the stainless steel appliances and dishwasher?? The beach is quite big and the view is gorgeous. The property is large and great for entertaining. It is also quite private and quiet. There is a fire pit on the beach and they even supply wood! We have already booked for next year :-).
