Description of the Sweetwater vacation cottage rental

Gorgeous 90 acre quiet country estate. Private and secluded Front porch swing, handicap accessible, 42 inch flat screen T.V. Very relaxing, leave your cares in the city. 7 miles off of I-75. For those with horses- Equestrian friendly. Barn with stall, and pasture available for rent also. Keep your horse with you. Cottage located on ridge, barn down in pasture. 3 minute walk to barn from cottage. Easy trailer access. Hook up for travel trailer also available.

Will do long term rental, minimum long term of 6 months, at significantly reduced rate.

Area Information

Beautiful Tennessee setting, rolling hills, partially wooded, paved roads, easy to locate. Near Watts Bar Lake recreation area. Mayfield Dairy, Famous Lost Lake caverns. Half way between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Easy to enjoy both cities. Day trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg - Dollywood theme park.

FANTASTIC

Myself, husband and our two dogs had a wonderful time. The house was more than perfect. Nice fireplace. Very clean. Beautiful views. All the dishes, towels, etc. included. Quiet. We will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you Bill and Brenda!!!!

Beautiful and relaxing

Most relaxing vacation in a long time. The scenery is amazing, whether reading on the porch or walking the property, we had a great time. Very convenient location to many of the areas sites, although we found ourselves not venturing out once we were surrounded by the beautiful location. The hosts were welcoming and helpful in our quest for a perfect vacation. Would highly recommend this private cottage, thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.
