Description of the Tagaytay vacation condo rental
Address: UB3 ALTA MONTE LEISURE SUITES, Magallanes Drive, Tagaytay City
-Just 2.7 kilometers from main rotonda.
RENTAL RATES :
Daily: Php 4,000 /night (2 nights minimum rent)
Weekly: Php 16,000 /week
Monthly: Php 20,000 /month (exlusive of electric and water bill)
TERMS:
-Check In: 12 Noon / Check Out: 12 Noon
-Inclusive of utilities.
-For monthly rental, the electricity and water are for the account of the guest.
-One time set-up of bedsheets.
-For monthly rental, extra set of bedsheets will be provided.
-We require advance payment for the duration of stay.
-For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) account (details to be advised).
-In case of cancellation, the reservation will be forfeited.
-Full rental payment plus Php 5,000 refundable security deposit will be collected upon check-in.
-(this Php 5,000 will be refunded if there are no occuring damages after rental duration.
-minimal fee to use the kids and adults swimming pool located at the clubhouse.
NOTE:
WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
The condo is near the vicinity of main tourist spots of Tagaytay City. It is located inside a gated subdivision (ALTA MONTE) with safety personnel available 24 hours.
The condo is fully furnished complete with bedsheets & pillows, TV (cable), Refrigerator, 1 air conditioned bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen (cooking allowed), dining and an extra bed in the attic.

my husband's birthday bash in tagaytay

we rented a one storey (with attic) condo in alta monte vista in tagaytay. the place is very much accessible and is located in a secured subdivision. the subdivision is well maintained, very clean and has a very quiet neighborhood. the personnel were very courteous and accomodating. the condo in itself is fully furnished, however, dvd (as indicated in the features) was not present. it has 1 quenn sized bed a single bed and an air bed plus the sofa can also be used as a bed. it's very convenient since you're like in your own home with the complete cooking needs. tv is antenna only though.neighbors are very pleasant. clubhouse has 2 pools, 1 tennis court and 1 basketball court which can be used with minimal fees. overall, our stay was a delight! thanks, bong!
