Features: Whole unit fully air conditioned. Plenty of screened-windows can be opened if needed. Two toilet & bath room each with water heater. Big Patio/Veranda with 2 sets of out-door dining table.
Bed Rooms: 3-bed rooms fully furnished with brand new materials and each room with wardrobe. Master's bed room furnished with queen size bed, 2nd bed room has single bed, with hidden under bed a 5" mini-sofa bed as an extra bed. Additionally, twin size sofa bed is available in the sala as daytime additional sofa and an extra bed at night time. The whole unit can sleep 6 or more adults depending on occupants' level of comfort tolerance.
Kitchen: fully furnished with elegant 6 seater dining table made of Narra Wood (Philippine National tree).
Units are furnished with 90 channels Cable TV with hometheather surround sound system & high speed internet with secured wireless (WiFi) soley for the unit. Additionally, free WiFi service is available on the Grand Club House.
The unit is on 4th floor corner end with only one neigboring unit of the multi-building condominium complex with complete resort-type amenities.
Security: the whole complex is gated with 24-hr. visible security guards all over the complex.
STRATEGIC LOCATION: the unit is part of Rosewood Pointe Condominium Complex at Ususan, Taguig City, Metro Manila along C-5 highway. Approx. 15 min. from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, 5 min. to the Global City Business District, Market Market and the newly opened world class St. Lukes Hospital, 10 min. to EDSA-Ayala and the Central Business District of Makati, 15 min. to Business District of Ortigas.

RATES:
$475/week for stay 1 week minimum or over. We require minimum 1 week stay for the month of December till mid January the next year. Other than this period we allow minimum 3 days (or 3 nights of stay) but rates are upgrade for stay less than a week. Security Deposit:
$100 (or PhP 5,000) security deposit for weekly stay. For long term stay (6 months to 1 year) security deposit change as articulated via contract-of-lease.
Note: Cleanliness is our number priority before you move in. The unit is not clean via contracted housekeeping but is privately cleaned to ensure the unit is properly cleaned just like your own residence.

Five minutes to Market Market, this shopping mall is complete from food to recreation including movie theaters and is in itself a safe, modern Western-type environment from the inside to the neighboring walking distance shopping malls where multi-nationals are visibly walking and jogging in the evenings. Things I like: Security, Cleanliness of both unit, cleanliness of the whole area, close to Market Market, Makati, Alabang,Airport., easy access for Taxi or private vehicle. Kindness and politeness of the people from security to receptionist. Easy access to almost everything. Things I don't like: No parking for the visitors. The window on the unit is not double pane window so it's a little bit noisy, the playground and the bridges on the swimming pool needs replacing, all the wood is already in bad shape.

Great Place and Value

My wife and I and four daughters stayed here for a one week trip in Metro Manila. The place was safe, clean and roomy. Located near the airport. Two bathrooms with hot showers everyday. Our condo hosts were fantastic. Only 7-10 min ride by taxi for 70-120 php to Market Market for food and shopping. Too far from Intermuros tourist sites due to LOTS of traffic. Better leave very early in the morning for tourist plans like that. Enjoyed the on-site pool. Close to Chef Tatung's restaurant. There is a small convenience store in the main building which we used for breakfast cereal, water and snacks. Were able to get drivers by calling the front desk when we needed transportation for the day. Room has dedicated WI-FI connection for our computer which was great. Worked very well for our large family. I would use it again as an affordable base location, and stay a few nights at more expensive hotels near tourist activities in Intermuros or flight to another island for a short beach trip.

Thsi 3 BR, 2 Bath condo is super fantastic. If the pictues are nice, it's much nicer on the inside. FANTASTIC view!!! Market-Market is just about a 10 mins ride. We rode the tricycle to go to Puregolds Supermarket for a mere 10 pesos per person ($0.25). Jollibee is nearby. Makati is close as well as the Greenhills Tiangge. The caretakers Chito and Tess are very nice. Thanks to Tess for recommending to us to go to the SIMALA church in Sibonga, Cebu. It was well worth it. Also for recommending 'Ding' our very super nice driver/tour guide. Please, if you ever need a driver, I highly recommend Ding. One call, and he's right there. Don't forget to go to the Spa downstairs. Did not get a chance to use the pool or the clubhouse due to our busy schedule. Tess took the time to give us a touf of the complex. We were able to use the laundry service inside the complex. Don't forget to eat at the Penthouse restaurant on the 19th floor, serving was small but it's good. View is nice from the restaurant. Internet connection is super fast inside the unit. Did not experience any disconnection while in there. Was able to use their surround sound equpment to test the karaoke system that we bought. We asked Chito for a converter for our hair dryer, and he brought it right away. When we left for our trip back to the U.S., the owner bought a hair dryer and a scale (which would be helpful for all your pasalubongs back to the U.S.) YOU WON'T REGRET STAYING AT THIS PLACE. Also got a chance to meet the owner Eddie in Honolulu airport on our way back to the U.S. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thank you Eddie, Alma for letting us use your condo during our short 8 days vacation in Manila. KUDOS to both Chito and Tess for keeping the place in tip top shape. JOB WELL DONE GUYS!!!!!

This was hands down the best place we have ever found in Metro Manila. The condo was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The caretakers were wonderful and so helpful. The amenities were top notch with a great swimming pool, basketball court, gym, laundry service and even a store and spa in the building. The entire complex is in a secure area so there are absolutely no concerns. We would go down by the pool and clubhouse in the evenings and visit with a mixture of Filipinos and other foreigners, it was truly like a community all itself. The views from the large balconiy was breathtaking as well. We found ourselves not wanting to leave. Whenever we come back to the Philippines this is absolutely where we will stay in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The owner is a very caring person to his customers.A nice,quiet and friendly neighborhood.100 percent of security and safety feeling.Security guards are very strict(just doing their job) but very polite.Chito and his wife,Tess are always available when you need them.The owner is very open for any suggestions/needs of his clients.Comport,safety and satisfaction are their goal for every tenants.We had a very nice experience staying in this unit,moderate price,with all things you need to have a good vacation in the Philippines.Easy aceess to malls,parks and leisure places.A place you can say,I want to live with again.
