Luxurious $50 Condo @ the Fort

There are always those "Manila things" that you need to do in the middle of your vacation and family-time, and you want to do them quickly. That's where this lovely Coocon comes in. I even had some friendly pickup service from my bus stop so I didn't have to lose my way, although the place itself is well-known and easy enough to find. The first thing that struck me was how cozy it was. Warm and restive amidst the annoying and unwelcome bustle of the rain-soaked Metro. Little things of home comfort such as a handy box of tissues, clean towels, a teapot and coffeemaker, a nearby trash bin and the umbrella that TJ thoughtfully left by the door makes you think you're in your own house. Although the amenities are so hotel-like I nearly ordered room service. I'm too lazy and too time-constrained to cook (though the kitchen look tempting), but there are restos, convenience stores and even a bank nearby. Getting a taxi is just a quick request from the friendly staff. At night, the neighborhood is quiet, though a few sounds from outside makes you feel you're not totally alone and you can rest easy. (I actually woke up late...!) Anyway, suffice it to say it's perfectly named: Coocon (never mind the spelling!). It's a little resting place for the weary working caterpillar, bringing some much-needed "me" time, before this little butterfly flies off once more into the big bad world.

Me and my wife and in laws enjoyed our stay at the Cypress Tower condo. Friendly and very helpful staff and really close to the place we really want to go. Very peaceful and comfortable plus we felt very secured.

We recently discovered this place, nestling quietly in the midst of the capital city of the Philippines. An affordable 2bdrm condo with pleasant people, homely comfort with great amenities and conveniently located near the airport, we don’t know of any other place better than this. It is such a welcome stop-over from our tiring long distance trip from the Middle East to Kidapawan. ‘We highly recommend this place to our friends!” We will surely come back!

After a long days struggle with baggages and traffic from the airport, the homey feel of the unit made my day. in addition to that was my refreshing dip in the pool! i will be coming back and will stay longer.

Great place to stay when you are vacationing in Manila. My american friend who stayed for 2 weeks found the unit very cozy and loved lounging at the pool area.

My wife, two kids and I stayed in this condo for an overnight stay last year and thoroughly enjoyed the unit. My kids even thought that it was our new home and when we were leaving the apartment, both of them didn't want to go as they really liked the place. It was a perfect place for my family to stay during our vacation back home. I will definitely come back to rent this unit. I'm pretty sure my children would love it again.

If you are a new comer in the area, It's easy to find the location and you'll not get lost. Perfect place to relax with your friends and family. Just a walking distance to fastfood outlets and conveniece store. What is more exciting in less than 7 minutes drive you will find yourself enjoying the shopping spree inside the Fort. For sure I'll come back for a longer stay. Thanks.
