Our 3 Bedroom, 2 bath 1500 Square foot Home is now available to rent for your enjoyment. Close to Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Squaw Valley and is 15 minutes from gambling in Incline Village.

Our home is completely self-contained. It includes parking for 4 cars, Wood-Burning Stove, 5 person hot tub, Central heating, DSL, Cable TV, a peek view of the lake, Washer and Dryer, Bumper pool and card table, DVD, CD, Stereo, 2 TV's, plenty of firewood, and nice neighbors.

Bedroom #1 - Full Sized Bed with Private bath
Bedroom #2 - Queen Size Bed (upstairs) with Private deck overlooking Tahoe City, the Golf Course and filtered views of the lake
Bedroom #3 - 2 sets of Bunk beds (4 twins total)
+ a full Sized Sofabed in the living room.

2 Baths:
#1 Upstairs - Full bath with "rain" shower head
#2 Downstairs - Shower

We purchased this home recently and have painstakingly tried to think of many of the amenities that one would appreciate and enjoy. You will find complementary coffee, Iron and Ironing board, personal heaters, etc. We have added games for the kids, Nintendo, new linens, utensils, kitchen products, and more.

The hot tub seats 5 comfortably and is set to 102 degrees. As one sits in the tub itself, you have views of the Cobblestone cinema, golf course and mountains of Alpine Meadows and Homewood in the distance. The cabin is a 2 minute walk to town, 2 minutes to a state park, 5 minutes to the boatworks mall, and is quite centrally located.

The home is child friendly and is equppied with many of the required items.

You will want to return many times.

We offer a $25 total discount for return guests that stay less than 4 nights and a $100 discount should you stay 7 nights and are a return guest.

Rates?
FALL SPECIALS - $175 weekend, $150 midweek nights 9/4-11/16
$275 a night, 3 night minimum (non holiday) Weekend
$250 a night, 2 night minimum (non Holiday) Mid week
$1500 Weekly, non holiday.
$2350 Weekly, Holiday (presidents, spring break, memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving)
We require an initial payment of $500 in addition to the rental amount. $375 is used toward a security deposit and is refundable and $125 is used toward a cleaning fee (non-refundable).

Pet's are okay and will require an additional $500 deposit and an extra $25 in cleaning fee.
