Our house is located on the lake Tahoe West Shore 1 mile south of Tahoe City. The location is excellent - minutes to beaches, major ski resorts, Truckee river, Tahoe City downtown, trails, dining and shopping. It is a spacious single-level home with 3 bedrooms, a bonus room and 2 full bathrooms. It occupies a beautiful 1/3 acre lot and has a fenced backyard - very quiet and private.

The house is extensively remodeled: hardwood floors in the lining room, fresh carpets in bedrooms, new high quality furniture and mattresses, quality linens, pillows, blankets and goose down comforters for every bed.

• Deposits: Deposit of $500 is required for reservations made more than 30 days in advance to reserve the house. Refundable security deposit of $300 is included in the balance, and is refunded in a week after the check-out if there are no losses/damages.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning and linen fee $125.
