Description of the Tahoe City vacation home rental

Pine Tree Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2½ bath home located in Talmont Estates, just up the hill from the Tahoe Park area. The spacious, sunken great room features an open kitchen and vaulted ceilings with tall windows to let in lots of sunshine and take full advantage of the lake view. Cozy up to the wood burning, river rock fireplace or relax with a movie in the TV area sunroom. Enjoy the views from the front deck while grilling on the gas BBQ (weather permitting) or take in the sunset while soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The master bedroom located upstairs has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two sinks and it’s own balcony with lake view. The two downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with two entrances; a private entrance from the larger bedroom with a queen bed and another from the hall.

This home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer in separate laundry room, dishwasher, microwave, patio furniture (weather permitting), television with cable, VCR, stereo with CD and cassette. It also has access to the Tahoe Park Beach area. There's parking for two cars in the garage and parking for 3 more cars in the driveway.

It's located close to Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley ski areas. Paige Meadows is just up the road offering hiking/biking trails in the summer and cross county skiing or snowshoeing in the winter.

Cleaning fee of $175.00 includes linens.
