Enjoy the members only swimming pool complex where you will find picnic areas with BBQs, large lawn areas shaded by towering pines, a swing set for the kids, ping pong table, putting green, shuffle board, a boccie ball court, movie nights, aquacize classes, swimming/tennis lessons and three tennis courts.
You can also relax lakeside on the private, members only beach. Use of our 2-two seater kayaks, which are stored on the beach, can be arranged for an additional $100. Large market umbrellas provide shade. The private pier is a great place to fish and catch crawdads. A roped off swimming area protects the kids. A volleyball court on the beach is available. Kayaks can be launched here for a memorable paddle around the North Shore. Two lakeside tennis courts are here too.

Nicely appointed home, with great large kitchen, lovely garden, excellent location and nice view. Stayed at many homes through North Tahoe and this one has it all: from comfortable beds, to a fully stocked kitchen, tastefully updated bathrms (3) and lots of activities on site. Really nice home.

The vacation home was outstanding. All of the necessary equipment in the home was first class, including the silverware, dishes, etc.,etc. Front deck was nice, however the back patio area was just outstanding, along with the kitchen and family room. The best part was that the home was very, very clean. Highly recommend this home, as we will probably try to rent this home again next summer, as we only hope that it is available. No surprises with this home, just pure luxury. Kray H

'Le Shack Review'

'Le Shack Review' Michael (the owner) is one of the nicest vacation home owners we've had the pleasure of renting. He was very responsive during the booking process and communicated well on how we could enjoy our stay better. 'Le Shack' not only accommodated my wife and I, three young children and my in-laws (the kids grandma and grandpa) but there was a room with two beds to spare! It is a very spacious home with an open feel, and the kitchen remodel is fabulous. It's a large accommodating kitchen, and has two sinks and dishwashers... so no dishes pile up. We didn't need a garage, so no problem there, and the backyard was great for the kids to run and play. Between horseshoes, bocci, darts, satellite tv, internet (keeping in touch with work), and Barbecuing, there was never a dull moment except when electing to simply relax. The private beach and exclusive pool with lifeguards was icing on the cake. Needless to say, we've made memories to last a lifetime, and we plan to be back! North Lake Tahoe is our vacation location of choice and I couldn't say there's a better place to spend it, than in Dollar Point, at 'Le Shack'. Thanks Mike! ~Dave K & Family.

March 3,4,5 was the weekend to be in Tahoe! Tons of events and SNOW! Finally it snowed!... This house was more than comfortable! We have 4 kids. In all age ranges! They we able to stretch out and enjoy, play together and apart. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was awesome, near the water and 6 miles away from squaw valley usa. Truely an easy lovely vacation.
