Our home has a large back yard with a lawn and a sand box for the kids. The yard is ringed with pines, quaking Aspens and natural foliage. Enjoy an evening game of boccie ball, throw darts or a round of horse shoes. We have a spacious patio with lounges and outdoor speakers. Or you may opt for a nap in the hammock. Dine outside on one of the many gorgeous summer evenings. Landscape lighting illuminates the trees all around.



Enjoy the members only swimming pool complex where you will find picnic areas with BBQs, large lawn areas shaded by towering pines, a playground for the kids, ping pong table, movie nights, aquacize classes, swimming/tennis lessons and three tennis courts.



You can also relax lakeside on the private, members only beach. Use of our 2-two seater kayaks, which are stored on the beach, can be arranged for an additional $100. Large market umbrellas provide shade. The private pier is a great place to fish and catch crawdads. A roped off swimming area protects the kids. There is a BBQ and picnic area that can be reserved for evening parties free of charge. A volleyball court on the beach is available. Kayaks can be launched here for a memorable paddle around the North Shore. Two lakeside tennis courts are here too.

• Deposits: Full payment required at time of booking. Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days from arrival date. One weekend night rate cancellation fee if reservation canceled w/i 30 days of arrival and house is not re-rented. $500 refundable security deposit. Returned after 25 days provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required. Trip insurance avail. at InsureMyTrip on the web. Check in/out times are often flexible depending on circumstances.
   
• Other Fees: $160 cleaning service fee covers a typical 4 hour cleaning. Additional cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit at the rate of $40/hr. Optional $100.00 for the use of our 2-two seater kayaks that are stored lakeside on the beach. If paying via PayPal, there will be an additional fee of approximately 3% of the total invoice.
