Almost still new 4th floor unit with incredible 180* views.
Sunrises off the rear balcony,sunsets off the front balcony.
Elevator,2 private parking spaces,Pool w/waterfall,hot tub.
Grilling area with large grill(cleaned daily)tables,chairs.
gated 24 hour security, surfing almost just out your door.
Gorgous!! beaches for miles in both directions.
Nice landscaping through out this beach condo.

Tons of shopping, Restaurants,night life,atm,banks,and so much more.Sport fishing,world class Surfing,volcanoes,rain-forests,eco-tours,ATV rentals,jeep tours.canopy tours,mountain biking,Jet ski rentals,Golf,massage therapy.
And the list of things to do goes on and on.The very friendly people here are what makes your vacation even more special.About 45 minute car ride from Liberia Airport in the Guanacaste area.The average temperature is 85 degrees year round. Easy shuttles to and from the airport to our condo.
