Description of the Tamarindo vacation villa rental

THE PALM HOUSE is our brand new beach vacation hideout. We finished building it only few months back, and just brought in all the furniture. Inspired with a French architect, we tried to combine international comfort and local flavor with the fantastic views and weather conditions of this green valley near the North Pacific Ocean of Costa Rica.

The bedrooms and kitchen area have a functional easy design which comfortably accommodates 10 guests. More impressive yet is the thatched roof rancho which provides the best outdoor living we could think off. We like dining outdoors and enjoying the natural views the house has to offer, even from the swing pool.

The house suits ideally two families traveling together, up to three couples, or a single family. Its perfectly located if you will be driving to the many attractions the Guanacaste area has to offer.

We hope you will enjoy as much as we do waking up to hauler monkeys in tthe comfort of your own exotic hideout.

Guanacaste has amongst the best climates in Costa Rica, and Tamaringo is right at the center of the action. National Parks, volcanos, stuaries, beaches, caverns, and multiple natural sites are all within driving distance. Although the area is known for surfing, many other activities include: deep sea fishing, scuba diving, mountain biking, canopying, rafting, bird watching, golf, hicking, but most importantly relaxing.

The property is located in the hill sides of virgin forest overlooking an undeveloped valley just minutes from the Pacific Ocean. Its a very natural setting with little neighboring constructions where sunsets are simply breathtaking and tranquility abounds.

Palm House is only 10 minutes from Tamarindo - Costa Rica's surfing capital with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and overall beach town ammenities. The popular Flamingo and Conchal beaches are only 20 minutes North, while great surfing spots like Avellanas and Playa Negra are only 15 minutes South. The Playa Grande National Park renowned for the leather back torutles is just accross the stuary of Tamarindo.

The Pinilla development is located 7 miles down valley and hostess luxury hotels, but also one of the top golf courses in Costa Rica. The Flamingo Marina holds world records in Blue Marlin and Sail fish; while the Catalina Islands are famous for scuba diving with Tiger sharks.
