Completely furnished, including a LG washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in all the rooms and the master bedroom has a jazzucci tub. There are two over-sized pools with a hot tub, tennis courts and a work out room. So close to the ocean and within walking distance of The Convention Center, Channelside and the St. Pete Times Forumn.

Located in downtown Tampa and is within in walking distance of all restuarants, convention center and special events. Internation Mall is a 10 minute drive and the beaches are within 20 minutes. This is a wonderful area of Tampa and the ocean can be seen from many different places, with Jackson's Restuarant right on the Bay for all your dining needs.
