Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a 2 car garage. There is an oversized porch or laini with a flat screen tv, surround sound Bose system with a 45" flat screen tv in the living area. Completely furnished, including a LG washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in all the rooms and the master bedroom has a jazzucci tub. There are two over-sized pools with a hot tub, tennis courts and a work out room. So close to the ocean and within walking distance of The Convention Center, Channelside and the St. Pete Times Forumn.

Area Description

Located in downtown Tampa and is within in walking distance of all restuarants, convention center and special events. Internation Mall is a 10 minute drive and the beaches are within 20 minutes. This is a wonderful area of Tampa and the ocean can be seen from many different places, with Jackson's Restuarant right on the Bay for all your dining needs.

Within walking distance of Channelsie, Ybor City, Convention Center and The St. Pete Times Forum. A lovely walk ovet the bridge where you can relax in a water front area, dining live music, and watching the cruise ships docking and leaving port.

Our stay was excellent. Everything was provided for us, linens, towels, cookware, wi-fi, cable tv. The lanai offered an opportunity to view some tv without fighting with the kids over what to watch. Everyone had their own space so getting ready or getting rest was never an issue. The grounds are wonderful. The kids spent every moment we weren't somewhere in the pool and hot tub. Access to most of Tampa is fairly simple from this location. Overall we had an excellent time and would not think twice about staying here again.
