Hi, I'm Jon. I travel a LOT and live most of the time in Laguna Beach, CA; but, this place on Harbour Island has been my home for the past 10 years and I have decorated it with care. Bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings, multi-levels, well appointed, eclectic art... 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, balcony, garage, cable, electric, water, wireless, phone, washer, dryer, juicer, temper pedic bed. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and the couch sleeps a full size man comfortably... perfect for guests as overflow. A nice cross breeze blows between the sliding glass doors and open windows... curtains flow from high ceilings.

For the discerning... the SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN, ARTIST, BUSINESS MAN, FAMILY, VACATION or TRANSITION... to re-energize. Your home away from home. All the amenities, including Concierge Service, comfortable home setting with three(3) bedrooms, two(2) baths, large living area, balcony, modern master bedroom, garage, pool/jacuzzi (community), washer/dryer.

Area Description

You can walk to all this: Convention Center, Channelside entertainment area, St. Pete Times Forum, downtown bars and restaurants, bars and restaurants -- banks and more on the island itself... exercise on Bay Shore (the longest, continuous sidewalk in the country,) jump on most major roadways... easy, fun, perfect location.

And yet you are secluded on an island, off downtown... private, guarded gate, serene. You'll love this place. I do.
