We found the condo to be very attractive, clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured and described on-line. It was in a safe and friendly residential area close to stores, restaurants and the mall. The people we dealt with were very professional and courteous. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Well Worth the Stay!

The home was very nice. The photos give a very a acurate reflection of the home. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I liked that there were malls, stores and restaurants, and various activities very close by. The home doesn't actually sleep seven unless someone sleeps on the couch. The drive to the beach and theme parks was a distance but not too far. The only thing I didnt particulary enjoy was the distance to the onsite pool. Also the pool attendant closed the pool early on multiple occassions which prohited me from ever having an opportunity to enjoy this admenity.

We had a joint family vacation with 3 adults and 4 kids ages 4-10. The apartment doesn't really accommodate 7 people unless 3 sleep in the king size bed and 2 people each in the 2 double beds. it was fine for us since we had younger children, but probably wouldn't work well if there were 7 teenagers/adults. The condo was very nice and suited our purposes. The management was also very helpful when we needed to clarify items that were not included in the welcome packet. The neighborhood is not luxurious, but is nice. The location was good for our trip since we were heading toward Orlando several days, but it took almost as long to access the beaches on the peninsula (traffic) but we were there during spring break so that was probably to be expected. The dishes were ecclectic. They didn't really have enough sets of dishes to accommodate 7 people, but we ate out a lot so it didn't really bother us. Overall, it was a good experience and completely worth it. If you are looking for a place near the beaches this is not your place, but if you don't mind a bit of a drive, it is in a good location near stores and restaurants and has a pool and fast access to I-4 to head toward Orlando.

Stayed first week of March 2011, Very very clean, Very Quiet, Very conviently located.We watched NHL hockey games and spring training baseball games and were minute from everything.Resturants, Pharmacy, Grocery stores very close.The owners extreamly easy to deal with. Would stay again for sure and would recomend to anyone.....Only thing the pool is a couple of buildings away but very nice and secure.....
