This beautiful home is located on the fifth fairway of the Tampabay Golf and Country Club. Enjoy 18 hole champion coures and 9 hole executive course. Very, very reasonable rates. Huge heated swimming pool, tennis, schuffle board and miles of roads for a walk, jog or bicycle ride. Quite adult community with full clubhouse bar and dining
You will want to come back year after year.

Located just 20 miles from Tampa,but just 7 miles away are all the restaurants and shopping you will love. Being in the country offers a peaceful setting, easy access to all the things you want to do. One hour to Disney. 30 minutes to Busch Gardens. 25 minutes to the gulf.
