Fully furnished home in a gated community. Only 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Bush Gardens, 30 minutes to the beach and only 1 hour to Disney. Home is a mobile home in an 18 and up community (children under 18 are allowed for a limited period of time). House features 2 bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, dinning room, living room. There is a screened in sun room off the kitchen and a carport for parking your car. Washer and dryer located in main bathroom.

Valrico is approximately 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Bush Gardens. It is close to several shopping areas and highways. The beach is only 30 minutes away. Disney World is approximately 1 hour away.

• Deposits: A refundable deposit of $500 is required upon making reservation. Refund only if cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date. After that 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
   
• Other Fees: Anyone who wishes to rent for a month or more, can have the cable and phone turned on at their own expense.
