This beautifully decorated and appointed house is a true jewel! This is the third time my wife and I have used vacation rentals and we have never been disappointed. This house is our favorite. With everything you could want in your own home, plus the view from the lanai, this is a true stress eliminator. It was fun to check the weather at home using the wireless internet hookup and note the 60 degree difference.

Great Family Hideaway

We stayed for two nights and wished we could have gotten the whole week! The house had everything we needed and the owner was very thoughtful in leaving clear instruction on everything. We spent two days visiting Busch Gardens and it was a deight to have the home to relax in after the park. Our granddaughters caught fish off the dock in the morning including a Two foot alligator Gar. We cooked Meals and the house had all the accessories needed For cooking and clean up. Other vacation homes we have rented did not stock items such as aluminum foil, storage bags, salt, pepper etc. it was refreshing not to have to purchase those items. The house was clean and comfortable tucked in a small neighborhood close to Busch Gardens, restaurants and stores. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We had a great time!

Just got back from a week here. Two adults and two teenage boys had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed. The paddle boat was nice. We could see a lot of fish in the lake but didn't try fishing. The location was convenient to Tampa and several Florida State Parks.

We enjoyed every minute that we were at this beautiful home. It had everything that we needed and more. The porch was probably our favorite as we were in it a lot and ate out there as much as possible. Even could watch TV from the porch. So much fun to watch the wildlife in the lake. Tried a little fishing, but no luck that day. Nice neighbors too! If we ever get to come back, will definetly come back to this home. The weather could not have been better! So much to see in Florida and not enough time to do everything you want.

Feels like a "home away from home"

I am the kind of person that is very skeptical of spending money for something that I am not looking at, but this place was exactly what was described. I was really pleased with the home and the surrounding area. Our family stayed for 1 week and we enjoyed ourselves very much. When we came back from riding around during the day, it was exactly what we needed to be able to unwind and relax in peace and quiet. The person that I spoke with for the rental was very nice and helpful too. We even left some things at the house and these things were returned without any hassle. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like a nice place to stay that is also affordable.

4 of us were in the Tampa area for golf and spring training baseball, The home in Lutz met all of our needs and more, The setting is beautiful and the house was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed, We wanted to stay there again in March 2009 but it was already rented by January. We want it again next year (2010) but this time will rent it far in advance. We also got our security deposit well in advance.5 Stars without any doubt.This is the third home we've rented using Vacation Home Rentals and have always been very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very nice and has almost everything you need. You can walk in with your clothes and everything else is there. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. My husband enjoyed relaxing and fishing the lake. It was great having a place where friends and family could come to us, insteady of running around to everyone while we are visiting. We would definitely recommend this house and using this service.
