Pool home in Tampa (#36076)

The house was nice - although could have been a little cleaner. Nice size bedrooms. The "game room" with the fooseball table was broke & we placed a call to the owners & never received a call back. A little disapointing to our party. Directions were hard to understand to local attractions. "In ground pool" was actually an above ground pool w/ a deck around it - this was also misleading. Playground was dirty and old - and tilting to the one side, looked very unsafe for the kids to play on. Having a washer/dryer was nice. More towels needed. Pictures and description don't quite do the property justice. The location is perfectly located just north of Tampa Downtown and has everything you need within a one mile radius (i.e. Walmart and Publix). If I ever take another trip to Florida I will without a doubt be staying here. The internet does not do justice to how this house actually looks. This house is gorgeous!!! We didn't encounter any problems & everything was available that was listed. I rented this house for my family since I decided to have a Tampa wedding & my family enjoyed the house as well. I would definately rent this house again on my next trip to Tampa. The next time I won't be busy with my wedding so I can actually enjoy the pool & jacuzzi. This house was spectacular. My family and I loved this house and the neighbors were so friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Tampa. We came down for some Phillies Spring Training. This house was perfectly located for the places we were going to. The house was very clean and had all amenities you need. We would definitely stay again if we were to come to Florida again. The hot tub was great. A little too cool for pool but loved the setup. Cannot beat the price!! Nice neighborhood. We had a family wedding to attend 2mins away from the home,There was 5 couples spending Valentines day in this mini mansion, Local restuarants,stores and shops, great neighbors.We made a gourmet breakfast for 10, it was so cool to have 5 women in the kitchen and fit spaciously.Jacuzzi is awesome and we even tested the pool.Played fooseball, listen to music,played poker and yahtzee all provided by owners. We were in love with this house, Tracy and Jason are wonderful! Layout of this house feels like up north, very open homelike and cozy.We had a blast but will be back just to hangout at the house.Thanks again!!!!!!! Our family stayed in this rental home for a week. Overall, it was nice. Some of the appliances could use some updating, especally the cookware and the grill was far from in working condition. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable and squeeky.. fine for kids, but not adults. The Board games were broken and missing a bunch of pieces and the foosball table was falling apart. Also, I wouldn't let kids play on the jungle gym outside, it's about to collapse. Other than that, everything was really great. House was really clean, very nice owners, the hot tub was fantastic and it was a really nice location. Very nice house. We had no problems whatsoever, in fact, the hot tub was broken upon my arrival, but the owner had left a note promising to fix it in the AM, and he did. Other than that, everything was exactly as advertised. I would definetly rent this house again for my next trip to Tampa. Overall, I give it a 9 out of 10. What a lovely, upgraded, spacious home with pool and a hot tub! Conveniently located to Busch Gardens. The house is beautiful and spacious. There are supermarkets, places to eat and shopping plazas nearby. You feel as if you are right at home. Tracy and Jason are extremely attentive and courteous. They made the planning, reservation and stay a pleasant one. I have already recommended this vacation home to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks Tracy and Jason, great house! THE HOUSE WAS LARGE AND VERY CLEAN,WE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME IN THE POOL.EVEN HAD A FOOSEBALL TABLE IN THE GAME ROOM!!!YOU COULD WALK TO THE SUPERMARKET AND WAL-MART.PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT CLOSE BY.WE LOVED OUR STAY. I`LL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WILL SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR A HOTEL ROOM WHEN THEY CAN GET A HOUSE FOR THE SAME PRICE!! We had a wonderful stay. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. We loved the pool. Jason and Tracy are wonderful. Our Direct TV went out one night and we called Jason and he came out and fixed it for us. Thanks Jason, it wasn't easy watching the baseball game on my cell. :) All in all it was a wonderful vacation. Very convienent to EVERYTHING! It rained a lot while we were there but we worked around the rain and had a great time. Thanks guys. We will definitely recommend this to anyone and hopefully will return again in the future. RENTER'S BEWARE - MAKE SURE YOU LOCK YOUR DATE AND GET WRITTEN CONFIRATION FROM OWNER ASAP!!!!!!! Attempted to make a reservation for specific dates and initial email exchange was pleaseant. Received the Renter Agreement and requested the fax number to return the rental agreement to as it wasnt listed in the email or on the agreement. Several hours later rec'd response - followed those directions and several hours later was told via email that the property was no longer available for my dates.
