Housekeeping is provided only prior to arrival.No smoking,or pets allowed in home.Rates are subject to increase,however reservation already made will not be affected.Any damages to property will be deducted from security deposit.If you use paypal we will link you.
   
• Other Fees: $80.00 for house keeping charge.if full payment is not received before the 30 days period,the rservation will be cancelled automaticaly and full refund of the security deposit will be issued,if a customer cancels his/her reservatio less than 30 days prior to arrival the security deposit and 50%of total amount will be issued and the reserved dates will be relisted for rental.If the property is rerented by another party during these days,then the original customer will receive the remaining amount
