A charming home to relax in, with its' cozy living room and flat screen TV. Enjoy the spacious back yard with a deck and shade structure to entertain in. With a fully equipped kitchen you are able to prepare a home-cooked meal or enjoy one the many restaurants in the area. Stroll through this charming neighborhood to one of the many local parks along the river within minutes from your vacation home. For an additional fee, take the highlights of your experience home with you. We can capture your vacation and create a customized slideshow or video for you and your enjoyment on your journey home.

The gulf beaches between St. Pete and Clearwater, always rated near the top for most beautiful beaches, just a 30 minute drive from your future vacation home! Now, we can't forget Mickey can we? Disney, Universal and Sea World all within one hour.

Nice family home

We stayed at this house for our Spring Break vacation and we really enjoyed it. The bedrooms are very confortable, spacious and well decorated. The fact that there's a complete kitchen and a laundry room makes it very practical for a family. We went two adults and one 6 year old, but there's enough room for more people. The owners are reliable and well organized. Tampa is close to most attractions in the area, about 40 mins from Clearwater Beach, and hour and a half from Legoland for kids. During our stay, we also went to Lettuce Park and Honeymoon Island, which are were both beautiful parks. There are also many shopping areas close to the highway 275. For a quiet time, the backyard is perfect for breakfast, lunch or diner. The price is affordable considering the facilities. We would recommend this place for a young family.
