• Other Fees: $85 MANDATORY CLEANING FEE. $100 MANDATORY DAMAGES FEE Damages fee is FULLY returned if there are no damages or missing articles in the townhouse. It will be returned by mail the week after departure. This also implies there would be additional charges if the damages or loses are higher than the fee. Please inform if DAILY housekeeping will be required upon rental request. Any other special requests may be considered.

I agree with the last poster. The pictures did not do it's justice. It was an absolutely gorgeous house. I stayed in this house for 2 weeks. It was in a quiet neighborhood, decent communal pool, very spacious three story house with garage and driveway. They answered any questions i had about the house. Very close to a 24 hour super Walmart for all your needs. i would recommend this house to others as well.  more...

 

 Beautiful Home, Very Roomy and Comfy, May 7, 2008

The photos did not do any justice for the beauty of this home. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with all that it had to offer. Although it is a large home, it still felt plenty roomy with 6 adults and a baby. The neighborhood is quiet, the back yard enchanting with the pool and lake view. We stayed for an extended weekend and enjoyed every bit of our time in the home.  more...
