Fabulous February Getaway!!

March 9, 2013

We stayed for the month of February in this bright, spacious, and elegant townhouse. It was situated near the mangroves and water inlet so every morning, you wake up to beautiful sunrises with birds, sunsets with fish jumping, and heavenly constellations in the evening. Great property to cycle, walk, run or do whatever and relax by Little Harbour's salt water pool. You can see from 2 of the balconies (livingroom/master bedroom) different seascape and mangrove views and watch when the tide goes out for a whole different experience. The front of the house views the lovely neighbourhood and luscious cascading palms. Enjoyed seeing the manatees come into Little Harbour, when the weather got cooler and on one early morning walk around the property, saw a dolphin, a manatee, geckos of various sizes and birds in their natural habitat. The property to great to explore and convenience to travel to and from. Take a quiet walk on the beach, collect shells and enjoy the gentle breeze off Tampa Bay. To Orlando, Dunedin, Tampa to Port Charlotte and around, it was always nice to come back to Little Harbour to the peaceful mangroves. Go to the Tiki Bar on the property for some socializing, music or just watch the sunset and the cruise ships leave Tampa and pass over the horizon. The Fish House located down the street, was busy but worth the wait for freshly caught grouper bites/sandwich. The Apollo Beach Big Ben power plant was a real treat when 50+ manatees were floating about in the cooler weather. If you are looking for a special dinner, Circles Restaurant, Apollo Beach, provides that special culinary dining experience that will be memorable. Golfing nearby at Cypress Creek was convenient and the course challenging too! Shopping is plentiful from your outlet centers and groceries at Publix. All within a short 5-15 min drive for essentials! Will be returning to this area for next year, but longer so we can explore further this hidden gem!! Cheers from Canada

A Hidden Gem

As you drive towards Little Harbor from the highway you may start to second guess yourself but once you arrive you will see that little slice of heaven you were waiting for. Secluded with many amenities. The area is beautifully maintained and was a treat to live at during our extended time away from home. We have already booked for next year and doubled our time.

This was a lovely quaint condo, the only complaint would be to change the shower curtains as they had black mold on them, and to add some more and better cooking supplies and utensils. Overall a very great vacation, and I highly recommend this.

All our homes are fully equipped with NEW cooking supplies and utensils
that was purchased between 1 to 4 month ago.
But we will go trough the inventory in this unit, where you was staying,
to see if there is any missing Items and or if there is a need to upgrade to more expensive cooking supplies and or utensils in this unit.

The Perfect Getaway

September 30, 2012

What a gem! Wake up every morning to dolphins swimming past the condo on the intracoastal waterway, and then head across the street to the beach. The condo is perfect for a couple looking for a quiet get away. To the left of the condo are a nice restaurant if you feel like getting dressed up, a gorgeous little coffee house, and a crazy cool bar. To the right you've got a convenience store, mini golf, and The Pub, a great place for outside dining. The jolly trolly is available for folks wanting to head up the coast to Clearwater or down the coast to St Petersberg, and all kinds of great places along the way. It's easy to drive to those places too, though, with plenty of parking everywhere. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a lovely, relaxing vacation.

A:Good question.
As our guest you can use all the community facilities, the Private Beach, heated Pools, a Spa,Tennis courts, Volleyball court, and the Fitness Center, without any charge. This facilities are free to use for our guests.

The private owned restaurants & the beachfront Tiki bar, hotel- resort , full service marinas, boat docks, boat & jet ski, canoes, paddle boats rentals, fishing trips, cruises , etc etc. When this facilities & services are private businesses, you need of course pay for any of the services that they are offering.

Q:Are there any activities, grocery store and things to rent within the Community.. We are a family of 7 Includes myself, my husband & my parents , 1 teen, 1 toddler & 1 baby. .?

A:ANSWER:
The closest grocery store and shopping center are located approx. 10-12 minutes drive from the community.
In regards to activities. Their is guided Day cruises, Dolphin Cruises , Sunset Cruise and Evening Cruises
to St.Pete,Fishing trips, Scuba diving/snorkeling trips/courses.
AVAILABLE FOR RENT: motor Boats, Jet skies, wave runners, kayaks, canoes,paddle boats , Bicycles and Electric Golf carts, that could be used for for your grocery shopping and or to driving around within the community.
Also CHILD ITEMS such as: Strollers, High Chairs, Cribs, play pens,child bicycles, fishing rods, etc.
to a low cost .
We would recommend you to reserve the above children Item's, ahead of your arrival.
