The Community have 125 Acres of waterfront land, have a Private 1/2 mile beach, 4 Star hotel Resort, 2 waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar for evening live entertainment, 3 large heated pools,2 out-doors Jacuzzi, 4 Tennis courts,Wolleyballs court, 2 full service Marina's with 150 boat docks ,250 foot long fishing pier,and are located straight on Tampa Bay.

We recently stayed at this home in the Tampa area, everything was just as you stated(except there was no grill), we had a wonderful time and most definitely will be going again, and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks again for the use of your home.

We really appreciate your posted review
and are glad that you like the home and the community
I am sorry for the grill that we advertised that should be on the balcony
unfortunately, we find to late, from the the community that grills what no allowed to have on the balconies at the town houses
. But I hope that you find out that the community have two BBQ-Grill areas with grill and table & chairs for our guests to use for grilling.
