Beautiful Waterfront newly Built 3 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with private community beach in Tampa Bay located on the undiscovered Island of Bahia Beach along the South shore of the Tampa Bay in a very secluded gated Caribbean style community with a sugar white sand private beach, waterfront Boardwalk
The community offer a PRIVATE BEACH , 4 tennis courts,volleyball court, Fitness center, large heated pools, & outside Jacuzzi/Spa, 2 beachfront restaurants with Beach front Tiki Bar with evening live entertainments. 250 foot long fishing pier, Beachfront BBQ-GRILL areas with grill ,table & chairs,
& there is a 4 Star Hotel-Resort , Yacht Club & 2 full service Marina's w. 260 boat slips/docks .

X mas get away

Spent x-mas and New Years at this unit and we were fully satisfied with all aspects of this rental. Everything in ad was there and more. Virgil was outstanding and corrected any problems immediately plus provided us with helpful info about the area. Hope to go back next year and was by far te best florida vacation we have ever taken.

A:Good question.
As our guest you can use all the community facilities, the Private Beach, heated Pools, a Spa,Tennis courts, Volleyball court, and the Fitness Center, without any charge. This facilities are free to use for our guests.

The private owned restaurants & the beachfront Tiki bar, hotel- resort , full service marinas, boat docks, boat & jet ski, canoes, paddle boats rentals, fishing trips, cruises , etc etc. When this facilities & services are private businesses, you need of course pay for any of the services that they are offering.
