florida the place to unwind

I had a wonderful time with my family it was a very nice place ,The condo we had fit our needs The only thing we needed was pool towels Comming from out of town we did not pack any and the pool water was a little chilly So my grandaughter wanted to stay in yhe hot tub and the pamplet said there was three pools but there was only two you could use

Unfortunately, the third pool
are now temporary closed for our guests, but after the last information we received last week
it will soon be available again for our guests.

Unfortunately it take time to change advertising's when we at Visit America T.G.&.V.S. Inc.advertise at over 17 different websites and are managing & renting out over 22 waterfront town houses in the Bahia Beach community.

Beautiful, clean condo.

We rented this condo for our family of 5 (3 boys under age 5) and were very impressed. It was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen has all necessary supplies. The complex was nice. Short walk to the nice beach. Pools were ok. One was very small, another out of service the whole week, but the 3rd was warm and nice. Location was close to the Manatee exhibit, not too far from Spring Training baseball games. Town itself doesn't have much to do, but we were happy with playing at the beach and pools. There is no playground at this location as is indicated on the site (we found the spot where it used to be). Condo is very open and airy. Nice porches. Nice to have a washer and drier. It was easy to check in and out and the booking person was pleasant to work with. Overall, a very good experience for our family.

We are sorry for the inconvenience for
that one of the 3 heated pools was out of service for renovation
when you was our guests . the pool was scheduled for a major renovation
includes new renovated pool deck,pool heater , pumps and all other equipment's and are scheduled to be ready up and running next week.
The child playground is a other part of the community improvements of the facilities,
and was recently demolished and there will be build a new larger & modern child playground
that is scheduled to be ready in May of this year.

all the above facilities are within 4 to 8 minutes walk from our waterfront Town Houses.
