My much loved home is bright, cheerful and suffused with brilliant sunshine. Sliding glass doors lead from both the Great Room and the Master Suite to the screened in Lanai which is surrounded by a wild array of coral and salmon colored hibiscus blooms.

Both the Master Suite and the Guest Suite boast large flat screen HD LCD TV's,featuring hundreds of channels.

Centrally located within our community of Seven Oaks, the Seven Oaks Country Club offers spectacular amenities, including pools, a media room, tennis courts, and fitness club, and rival the Caribbean’s most popular vacation getaways. My Wife And I Loved This Place. The Area Is Very Safe And Quiet, But Near Many Fun Places.we Would Love To Go Back Next Year And Wished We Had Stayed For A Longer Period.

This is my second trip to the Florida Gulf Coast and my second stay at Marijo's exceptionally beautiful Villa. I have been here, since April and have extended my stay until mid June. The beauty, luxury, peace and positive energy within the home is in balance to the beauty of the community and the country club. I am swimming every day, playing tennis and even tried horse back riding. The owner is a gem and Marijo had her neighbor leave a bottle of my favorite Chardonay in the refrigerator.Thoughtful but expecting great respect for her home. I will hate to leave but God willing, am determined to make this my yearly getaway.

The location of this villa is ideally suited for quick access to shopping, restaurants, golf, and tremendous cultural opportunities in nearby Tampa. Seven Oaks is an attractively maintained upscale gated neighborhood. The villa's decor makes you feel like you are stepping into the pages of House Beautiful magazine! The owner, Marijo, went out of her way to make a variety of suggestions that were helpful to us enjoy our stay.

During our 12 day stay at this "home away from home", we enjoyed everything the heart desires. Beautiful, serene, clean, comfortable, quiet are just a few words I would use to describe this place. Outside of the weather, "no one's fault" there was really nothing more we could have asked for. On top of everything else, the owner is charming and definitely helpful. Many places to eat and shop and we felt safe and completely satisfied. If we go to this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous and clean as an "operating room" home for a month.The interiors are like something out of Architectural Digest, the area so peacefull and meticulous and the shopping and restaurants fabulous and minutes from the gated community. And...as an added bonus, the mattresses were divine. The owner is gracious and helpful in every way and we arrived back North utterly revived. We will be back next year. This holiday was a real treat.
