Lakefront House Pocono lakefront, near Camelbeach/Camelback Mtn. With a full gameroom. We've just added a 55" Plasma TV. We have a fully furnished lakefront home. Four bedrooms, Two Full bathrooms. Minutes to Camelbeach Water Park/Camelback Ski Mountain. Sleeps 13-19. This house is loaded with fun stuff. Three TVs, with cable, a DVD and VCR. A Toasty Warm Fireplace, A Gas BBQ. Washer/dryer. Big Eating Area. Upstairs deck. Beautiful views of the lake. Direct access to the picturesque lake right in the backyard. Great for canoeing and fishing. This house also has a lot of fun stuff inside, you may never want to leave. It has a pool table, a jukebox, a Foosball table, dart board, and five full size video arcade games (Ms. Pacman, etc).

Great for kids as well as adults. Fully furnished. Bring towels and Life Jackets, (We do provide adult sizes, and some child sizes, but Not All child sizes.
No pets and No smoking please!

Area Information

This area is great in all four seasons.

Winter: This area has great skiing all around. 10 minutes to Camelback Mountain. Close to Jackfrost/ Big Boulder, Alpine Mountain, and Montage. If skiing is not your thing, you are about 4 minutes away from 'The Crossings' which is outlet shopping.

Spring: Rte 611 is your direct access to many things, like great restaurants, horseback riding, antiquing, and so on.

Summer: Besides having a Lake in your backyard, which has great fishing, canoeing, as well as a beach, the area offers quite a lot. Also you have Camelbeach, right nearby.

Fall: Apple and pumpkin picking, are not too far from this house either.

The stay here was AMAZING. the kids had a lot of fun with the game room. Parents had a lot of fun also. This place has a very home like feeling but also a mountain house feeling. Would recommend it for sure.

This house is right on a lake with a good fire-pit and a paddle-boat as well as a canoe to use. It's not super-fancy inside, but it's adequate. It has all the essentials you would need. It's close to the casino, ski area/waterpark. It's a central location, not too far from the highway, but far enough where you feel removed and isolated in the woods. Most of the beds are bunk-bed style. The game-room is great. A lot of fun. Overall a nice place for a long weekend getaway.

the games kept the kids busy while we were not on the slopes, everything was funtional, directions were explicit and clear. the owners were on top of everything. the house and accomodatiions were perfect. Thanks for everything. We now plan to do this yearly. Thanks again.

We had a great time at the house, we lucked out and had beautiful weather. The house had plenty of space and enough to do to keep all age groups happy. Stores were close by for groceries and the outlets were big hit. HOpe to stay again sometime

Great Weekend Getaway

This house was great. Went away with the guys for a weekend. The gameroom was awesome. Plenty of sleeping room. Every guy had his own bed. The area was beautiful with tons to do. Wish we could have stayed longer to fit more in. Already looking to book the house again for either a family getaway or another guys weekend. The owners John and Scott were great. Easy to deal with. Easy to get in touch with. No hassles or games. Definitely recommend for families or friends get-away.

We had a blast. the cabin was in great shape, the weather was beautiful. Gun Range near by was an added Bonus. Great place for our guys weekend, but I plan to go back with the family as well.

Great Place to Get Away

Went to the house for a guys weekend that couldn't be beat. Caught some fish in the lake, played some games, and watched the Phils on a 55" TV. Around the corner we stopped at the gun range and had a 'blast.' Large table was great for cards and the grill was big enough for cooking a feast. There is plenty of space inside and outside to have an amazing time. Thanks John and Scottie.

Cozy and warm

I just wanted to let people know this house is nice and has a lot of potential, Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. But, the pull couches are in horrible condition, you would be better off using a air mattress. Lot of lights needed new bulbs which there was none. Game room was nice typical finished basement with gas fireplace which did make it very nice and warm. Junke Box did not work but all of the other games work nicely. All the kids enjoyed the game room. The second floor where the kitchen was had a nice big table to seat a large family. With the large plasma television was nice. It would have been nice to see a small couch to sit on an watch the television instead of sitting at the kitchen table. Overall for the price over the holiday weekend this is not a bad house to entertain families. The surroundings was very nice, the lake was frozen and the kids went an played hockey. We also watched people ice fishing. We would rent this house again, just a little TLC.

PERFECT WINTER VACATION

We just returned home from our weekend stay and all I can say is AWESOME! The house is in a great location as far as shopping/restaurants/candle stores and Camelback mountain all within no more than a 10 minute ride! We had 8 adults and 6 children and we ALL had a great time! The house kept EVERYONE BUSY with the game room in the basement and the playset along side of the house and it snowed on Sat which made the whole trip worth while! We went tubing at Camelback and came back to the house and the kids were actually sledding and snowboarding right along side of the house. We made s'mores at the fire pit out back and everyone enjoyed the PLAZMA TV! We all decided to make this an annual trip from now on!
