WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS THAT ARE YOUNGER THAN 27YRS OLD ! ! !

Lets call this house the Gameroom II. If you are looking to have lots of fun and re-live some pleasant childhood experiences, this is the place. Our house has a Pool Table, Five Full Size Video Games, Foosball, and Chex Hockey which is like foosball, but its Hockey instead of Soccer. Lakefront House, Pocono lake front, near Camelback Ski Mountain. We have a fully furnished lake front home. Minutes to Camelbeach/Camelback Mountain. Sleeps 12-14. This house is loaded with fun stuff. Three TVs, with cable, and a DVD. A toasty warm fireplace, a gas BBQ. Big eating area. Upstairs deck. Beautiful views of the lake. Direct access to the picturesque lake right in the backyard. Great for canoeing and fishing. This house also has a lot of fun stuff inside, you may never want to leave. It has a Pool Table, a Foosball Table, and Four Size Video Arcade Games.

Great for kids as well as adults. Fully furnished. Bring towels and Life Jackets, (We do provide adult sizes, and some child sizes, but Not All child sizes).

No Pets! and No Smoking Please!

Area Information

This area is great in all four seasons.

Winter: This area has great skiing all around. 10 minutes to Camelback Mountain. Close to Jackfrost/ Big Boulder, Alpine Mountain, and Sno Mountain. If skiing is not your thing, you are about 4 minutes away from 'The Crossings' which is Outlet shopping.

Spring: Rte 611 is your direct access to many things, like great restaurants, horseback riding, antiquing, and so on.

Summer: Besides having a Lake in your backyard, which has great fishing, canoeing, as well as a beach, the area offers quite a lot. Also you have Camelbeach, right nearby.

Fall: Apple and pumpkin picking, are not too far from this house either.

This house was perfect for our 1st cousins trip.

Between the game room, the lake and the over all layout, I highly recomend this house for any one looking for a getaway or mountain stay. Everything was clean and accessible. Plenty of room in the kitchen and fridge for all 12 of us. Sheets are provided, just bring towels. We had a great time and will mostlikely rent from them again. The owners were very easy to deal with and accommodating. We were only a few miles from camel back which was also very convenient. Overall great experience!

House is setup very nice! Spectacular location with great views of the lake from the porch and deck. Main level was great for everyone to hang out, eat, play cards and watch the tv. Gameroom provided a lot of fun entertainment. Bedroom and Beds were a bit small and felt there wasn't enough sleeping spots. Not all Tvs were hooked up to the Cable. Would like to come back in the summer time to enjoy the lake!

We had a great time at this house! We were a group of 10 people (ages 28-32). The kitchen was a good size and opened up into the main room. It was supplied well with cooking supplies. All of the food we brought fit into the fridge and pantry closet. The game room in the basement was a great addition and we spent some time down there. Each night we had a bonfire which was right next to the lake down the steps from the back door. The outdoor patio room attached to the deck was great to spend time hanging out at night. The setup of the house and outside being right on the lake was excellent. The bedrooms were all good sizes and had lots of storage/closet room. The location is very close to the foodstore and other stores/needs. I highly recommend this house!! The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Great property!!

Great house rental

We had a group of 9 with additional visitors and everyone was comfortable. The accommodations were clean and spacious with good attention to detail. Lots of storage space, good lighting and seating. Definite bonuses was the gameroom and the decks (screened and open air). A pleasant surprise was the fireplace/chimenea on the deck. Property was well maintained. Only drawback to a perfect stay was that the lake is really not swimmable. Can fish and boat but water is neither deep enough nor clean enough to swim pleasantly. Nice beach amenities with playground and pavilion for picnicing though. Location to the area is a definite plus. Very accessible to all.

it was great to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time relaxing in the poconos. this house in particular was quite nice.from the picturesque lake behind it to the privacy and lovely landscape surrounding it,it was sheer bliss. also being close to shopping and restaurants was a nice touch. i look very forward to visiting this house again and creating more memories gathering with friends and family.

This was a beautiful well kept house. It was clean and looked loved. The game room was fun but, I think we enjoyed the fireplace on the porch, the canoe and paddle boat much more! We spent most of our time outdoors. The grill was nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. (cookware and whatnot) I loved the enclosed porch too it was nice to have meals there. The owner dropped by before we left and seemed like a really down to earth person. He asked me what as a lady, I thought the place needed. The ONLY thing I could think of was a hammock. Maybe it will be there when you stay! Overall we couldn't have had a better time and in such a beautiful setting....oh yeah the company was good too ;) I would highly recommend this place it was great!

5 friends had a great time

Four of my friends and I stayed at his house for 3 nights and 4 days. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The house was in great shape, and very clean smelling. The kitchen had everything we could need, and the BBQ was clean with a fresh tank of propane awaiting us. The game room was a big selling point of the house when I first went to book the weekend, but we ended up spending most of our time boating around on the lake and enjoying the deck. The deck was our favorite place. It has a screened in area with ceiling fans and a nice glass table, this was key for our meals. Outside the screened in area the deck continues, with good views of the lake. There is a fireplace near the back of the desk, and there we spent our evenings, taking in the serenity of this quiet lake neighborhood. At the end of our trip we were truly sorry to leave. I hope to make another trip out there this fall. But this time I’ll be booking at least a week.

The house is huge and nicely kept. The game room is awesome and added a lot to the trip. It was very convenient since it's close to the mall and camelback ski resort which were why we were there. The owners were very easy to deal with. Overall highly recommended.
