snowtubing weekend

The house was great with views of the slopes that were lit up a night. Security deposit was returned within 1 week. No hassles.House was clean and warm. We would stay here again!

Beautiful vacation...

Very nice house that we enjoyed staying in for 10 days. Loved the area where everything is close by. We went to the Camelbeach water park twice and it was just 2 min. away. We love nature and loved swimming at the near by lake where we also rented a boat. We also went to Bushkill Falls and the kids enjoyed one of the Country Fairs. We let the kids enjoy the jacuzzi which was very clean like the rest of the house.The owners were nice to us and they care about their home. A great place for a vacation. Hope we can come again next year. Thank you and i highly recommend this place.

Great Value, Very Nice Home

The house itself is very nice inside and out, and the location is great. Only a couple miles to shopping and restaurants as well as Camelback Mountain. You can see the slopes from the back porch, and it's a quick 15 minute drive to Mt Airy Casino. Compared to other rentals of this size and location, this rental was much less expensive. A true value. I would have given it five stars except for a couple minor things. We had a small leak in the upper bath sink drain that I had to put a temp fix on, and about 20% of the light bulbs throughout the house were out and needed replacing. I also had problems connecting to the wireless network, but Luke's brother helped me fix that. On the third day and rest of the week, I could not connect to the internet (not sure why). The bedding and linens were satisfactory, but not of high quality. The pool cues sound as if they are cracked and need replacing. and the cleaning crew left out the vacuum and dirty paper towels. All this is very minor and should deter you from renting this property. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully Luke will take care of these minor issues. He promptly returned my security deposit within 2 weeks. Thank you Luke for letting us rent your home. We'll probably be back again soon unless you sell it. Good luck.
