Fourth of July Week Check in Friday July 3rd and Depart on Friday July 10th for the low rate of $1000 for 7 nights stay! Can't stay for the week why not try 3 nights for $600. Camelbeach offers spectacular fireworks on July 4th...one of the best fireworks displays around!
Don't miss out on a wonderful family vacation destination. We are right at the top of Camelbeach Waterpark! You can have wonderful family fun everyday! Enjoy Camelbeach, hike the trails at Big Pocono State Park, enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Play tennis, shoot some hoops...the possibilities are endless! We also offer you one of the best nights sleep around on our queen size Select Comfort Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom. We now include FREE WiFi for our guests and an iPOD docking station so you can enjoy your favorite tunes during you vacation! Our home is tastefully decorated and renovated to meet all of your vacation needs. This is a Non-Smoking unit. No Pets Please. No Exceptions! Great unit for families! Children welcome!

This three-story, cozy townhouse is situated on the side of Camelback Mountain/Camelbeach water park . It features three bedrooms (one queen-size select comfort sleep number bed, two sets of twin bunk beds totally 4 beds in one room, 2 brand new twin beds that bump together to make a king size bed in the loft area,full-size futon in living room. We also provide you with a beautiful oak crib and highchair in excellent condition.) Two and a half baths with new glass shower and tub enclosures make it easy for large groups up to 10 to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout and fireplace.

We offer you an updated tastefully decorated home which is know by previous renters as being very clean and well kept. Featuring a large living room with fireplace and full size futon. Updated kitchen with newer appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. Secluded rear deck with table, chairs and seating for 4, (gas grill available during spring/summer and fall). Front deck with ski/bike storage shed and glider seat to enjoy the views. Children's games/toys/videos in unit for your convenience. Visa/Mastercard accepted!

Clubhouse features indoor heated pool on weekends. Hours of operation vary and are based on lifeguard availability. Clubhouse also features indoor tennis courts open daily, sauna and exercise room open daily.

We even supply you starter paper products and detergent! You supply your refills, consumables and firewood! We even make your packing lighter by providing you with linens for the beds, shower towels and pool towel. We just ask that you kindly launder them prior to departure. We provide you with in-house washer/dryer and detergent!

There are steps to and from our home along with steps to access sleeping areas.

Camelback has an excellent Adaptive Ski program. Want more information? Please email or call and we would be happy to tell you about their program and how to schedule your family member with special needs for their one on one ski lessons.

We are a year round rental property. The Pocono's offer excellent spring, summer and fall activities. Visit Camelbeach waterpark or which is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Take a hike in Big Pocono State Park, do some Geocaching, visit Bushkill Falls or try your luck at the new Mt. Airy Casino.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period.

I cant speak more highly of this particular unit. All the kitchen utencils you could imagine are available, the living room has 3 couches (one futon), a nice TV, iPod dock, DVD player...everything you need! Its like youre actually staying in someones home. The owners are gracious enough to have paper supplies and cleaning supplies on hand. The unit is clean and the furnishings are in good shape. I traveled with 7 guys and we were very impressed with how comfortable we all were despite the fact that it was all guys! The unit is also central to many activities in the Poconos, not just Camelback. The casino, Pocono Manor, outlets and many other great pocono attractions can be reached with a short drive. If I need another town-house rental in the poconos, I would certainly come again.

My family just returned home from a long weekend of skiing. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. It was wonderful to ski in and out right from the house. I only had to move the car to take my youngest to Camelback for her ski class. The house was wonderfully clean. The kids loved the toys that were there too. We definitely plan on staying there again for our next ski trip.

This townhouse has everything you need! We had 8 adults and 4 children including a 5mo old in our group. When we weren't on the slopes there were plenty of games in the house to keep the children busy. We didn't have to worry about bringing a crib or highchair either! The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you need to make big dinners (even a peeler for the potatoes!) It's nice to know that when you go on vacation you don't have to worry about bringing "everything".

A few friends and I stayed at this house over a 3 days holiday wkend. It was perfect for all of us and the slopes were literally less than a block away by foot. The house was very clean and very well equipped for any recipe or entertainment (board games) for the entire crew. Thank you again and we will look forward to staying with you guys again!

My brother and I rented this house with a few friends for 4 days and we had an amazing time. Everything at the house was perfect for our stay. The owners were very kind and helpful. They provided everything necessary for a great vacation. The slopes are two minutes away and you can't expect a better place to rent for an enjoyable time skiing at Camelback.

Our youth members stayed two nights. We had a good time. We couldn't find any troubles during the stay. Everything we need is ready. Toys, linens, dishes, board games, towels..etc. It is also very clean, and well organized! I want to stay again next year!

We had a great time. The skiing was excellent. You can walk to an intermediate hill and ski/snowboard right to the base of the mountin in just a couple minutes. The accomodations were very clean and very family friendly.
