Comfortable Mountain non-smoking townhouse sleeps 8 people comfortably in our 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths rental. There is a master bedroom which sleeps 3, queen size bed and a twin size bed, ensuite bathroom. This room faces the mountain and is very pretty during the ski season when night skiing is in session. In the fall you see all the fall colors on the trees. The 3rd Bedroom is open and next to the master bedroom, has 3 twin size bed in this room - great for kids or a couple. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom next to that room. We provide the linens and towels.

There is a full kitchen with electric stove and range, full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven and coffee maker. Pots and pans are in the rental as well as dishes and glasses to enjoy a home cooked meal or take out meals. We have a dining room that seats 6 around the table and 4 more around the kitchen counter, again perfect for kids.

Our living room has comfortable seating for 6 and a wood burning stone fireplace. TV, stereo, VCR and DVD player included, some movies and CD's also provided for all ages. Games and Gamecube are also at the rental.

We have parking for 2 cars and an outside deck with a gas BBQ grill and patio furniture for 6. There is a porch with a place to sit and enjoy a quiet moment sipping your favorite beverage in the morning.

We are a 2 minute drive to Camelback Ski resort or Camelbeach Waterpark. We are 5 minutes from The Crossings Premium Outlet center with over 100 shops. We are 15 minutes from the casino, dining and night life. We are within 25 minutes of golf courses,horse back riding, waterfalls, white water rafting and the movie theaters.

Camelback Ski resort has night skiing and snowtubing for all to enjoy.

Split Rock Resort large indoor waterpark - open to the public - 30 minutes away.

In the summer our developments outdoor heated pool is available for a small fee.

There are many restaurants in the area for every taste bud to enjoy.

There are malls and antique shops within a 25 minutes drive.

There is hiking in Mt Poconos State Park a minute drive up the mountain. We are surrounded by the park.
