Artist Studio with sleeping loft and fully equipped kitchen has 1,000 sqf of working and/or living space. 20 ft ceiling, picture window with view on the Sangre de Cristos and totally private. Enjoy the beauty of Taos from your window or take a stroll to the Plaza which is in walking distance. The Studio can easily be used for workshops, retreats or other group activities. You can rent by the day, week or month.

Area Description

The Studio is located in a very small cul-de-sac and has no street noise at all. In a few minutes walk you'll reach the historic Plaza with numerous restaurants, galleries and stores and sometimes live music. In the spring and summer you might consider going on a rafting trip on the Rio Grande or hike into the national forest or up the highest mountain of New Mexico or to one of our many lakes. We have hundreds of miles of bike trails, horse trails and hiking trails. In the fall you definitely want to see the aspens turn golden and in the winter you might want to challenge yourself on one of the worlds most renowned ski slopes. The Taos Pueblo (a World Heritage Site and only "working" Pueblo in New Mexico) is only minutes away by car and Taos has the most art galleries per capita. But then again, you might just want to stay at the Studio and paint your own picture of Taos!
