Description of the Taos vacation townhouse rental

Located less than four miles from Taos Plaza, Casa del Arroyo Taos offers you luxury accommodations in a serene setting near town and all the top attractions in the area. The townhouse includes radiant heated brick and tile flooring on the first floor, brand new French-door refrigerator and free wireless Internet. Outdoor stone and glass dining sets located on the large second-floor deck and enclosed patio allow for relaxation and alfresco dining. Recently reduced rental rate includes all taxes, fees and full use of property. Although weekly rates are listed based on full use of the three bedrooms, other options for length of stay and adjusted rates may be available. Credit card and Paypal payments can be arranged.

Best Ski Trip Ever

Rented a townhouse for the first time in our 6 years of skiing in Taos, NM. Prior to this year, we always stayed at a local hotel in town. This 3 bedroom townhouse was beautifully decorated, comfortable beyond belief and centrally located to Taos Ski Valley, Angel Fire, and the Taos Plaza. The view was breathtaking, and the accommodations were suprisingly private and secluded. The owners were easy to work with as far as payment and depositis, and the home had some thoughtful amenities added by the owners. We ski Taos the same time every year and would definitely choose to stay here again in 2013.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Arroyo! The location is great - close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the mountain views & incredible stars at night. Great kitchen stocked with all the cookware & dishes you'd ever need. Plenty of towels, tissue, etc for a family of 6. Would definitely stay here again - thanks Jim!!

"Our Place" in New Mexico

We've now visited New Mexico and the Taos area in every season. Casa del Arroyo Taos is the perfect "base" for taking advantage of all the territory has to offer no matter what the time of year. And if your preference is to take it easy and watch the world go by, then set up camp in this terrific property. It's perfect - sunrise to sunset. As Goldilocks once said, "It's just right."

This cozy and well decorated home was a welcoming haven for myself and my friends. Neighborhood so quite and prestine yet minutes away from many activities. Grounds great for early morning walks and views from the second floor deck at sunset were breathtaking. You can't go wrong by taking advantage of this great home for your next vacation break. Wonderful accommodations and great sunsets

What a great place! We thought this place was so wonderful. The colors and artwork made us feel special. We loved the downstairs patio as much as the upstairs deck. Breakfast outside on the patio, and cocktails on the deck as we watched the sunset casting incredible colors on the mountains. We look forward to our next visit.

Uplifting, Charming Townhouse

This townhouse is nestled in amongst two or three other townhomes, giving you security, but offering complete privacy. It is close to shopping, restaurants, & art galleries in charming Taos. The court yard is adorable and has an unmistakable southwestern appeal. When you walk in, the great room has a brick floor, has all the amenities for comfortable living, and is very pet friendly. The decor is southwestern with lots of uplifting colors to make you feel truly on vacation. The lovely upstairs master bedroom suite overlooks a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding area. You will be amazed and delighted at the complete transformation from what is "usual" to "southwestern". I can only advise, "See it for yourself".
