Description of the Tarpon Springs vacation b&b rental

Premier LODGING, Historic District,Vacation Rental Tarpon Springs, Florida, Greek Sponge Docks.This First floor rental is 129.00 per night,for two, 665.00 weekly. Second floor is 139.00 per night for two,750.00 weekly, and sleeps six. Each addtioanl guest per floor is 20.00. Whole house can be rented,please inquire. Ashley's, is a restored C 1895 Home with all hardwood floors . Owner lives in a separate home, for complete privacy.Calendar reflects when both floors are booked, otherwise, one floor is open. Everything is period decorated that should be, and everything that needs to be new,is, Beds, 100% cotton and Maltlasse' etc, is. Whole house, or one Floor can be rented. If rented separately, Both sets of guests have their own space, which makes it very relaxing. Front porch. Nightly's and weekly's include a full breakfast. We are .62 miles form the docks, and even closer to the Antique Shopping Historic District. No car needed once you arrive. Relax on the front porch swing, sit in the garden, A relaxing area. Located in the middle of the historic district, on a quiet side street. . Enjoy the free wireless. We do nightly's, weekly's, and monthly's. Plese inquire with any questions. Area Information

Home is located about 2 city Blocks to the Greek Sponge Docks,takes minutes to walk there. Tarpon Springs Antique District is walking distance also, Victorian Home is actually located in between both towns, walking distance to both. Pinellas Bike Trail is about 500 yards away. It is close to Howard Park, Sunset Beach, and minutes away to Clearwater Beach. One of the best beachs in America is Caldesia Island and is here.

Barb and Larry were exceptional hosts. My husband and I and our small dog spent one month in the cottage behind the main house. Barbara is a caring and wonderful B&B hostess. We felt at home from the first day. She went above and beyond expectations in meeting our needs. The small fenced-in courtyard was good for our small dog.

The people at Ashley's were very nice. The space was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The location was right for us; close to the Sponge Docks and highway 19 yet tucked away on a small quiet street. Tarpon Springs is an older Greek town and most buildings, including Ashley's, are antiquated to some degree. Ashley’s is a good place to stay for those who enjoy a quaint environment. We had a good time and we felt right at home.

I was looking for someplace to stay for my son's wedding festivities-needless to say he decided to get married in "prime time" in FLorida so I was really in need of a place to stay that I could afford. Luckily, I happened on Victorian Haven; Barbara was soooo good to us-she is a great cook and marvelous hostess and the downstairs suite was just absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to nearly everything in Tarpon Springs, including the winery at the end of the block, this is such an ideal place to stay, even if you are not into antiques. I can't sing the praises of this place enough. We will be going back again and again. Bev and Scott Keidel

Our stay at Ashley's Victorian Haven was the best. The location was perfect for all activities and the Innkeepers were amazing, fun and could not do enough to make out stay fabulous. I will be returning, no doubt.

My husband and I decided to stay at a bed and breakfast, for the first time, to celebrate our 29th anniversary. After reading the reviews posted, we chose Ashley's Victorian Haven although we were a little bit hesitant when we saw how affordable it was to stay there. We were so relieved to arrive and find the house quaint, very clean, attractively decorated and quite comfortable. Barbara was so hospitable and accommodating and we especially enjoyed the fabulous breakfast she provided that topped off our wonderful date

As a quick get-away from stress, the weekend spent here was just what I needed. Rooms were immaculate, quiet setting, nearby to town, great restaurants & stores, most friendly owners at the B & B, and it was so pleasant to wake up to a full breakfast that I didn't have to cook. Like I said, it's definitely worth the trip

Hidden Gem - Ashley's is tucked away on a very quiet street just a few blocks from the sponge docks and downtown areas. Barb is a wonderful hostess, down to earth and makes breakfasts that keep up with many boutique B&B's. We asked for a repeat of the killer French toast. Only two rooms but the service level is still typical of 3-5 room properties. Very reasonable. If you enjoy a B&B set in an oder Victorian house, end your search here. We'll be back next time we visit the area. Stayed in the downstairs room which had plenty of space - closet, sofa, make-up table, and oversized bath with separate tub and shower. Living/dining room loaded with antiques are right outside and the kitchen has plenty of space for working with your leftovers, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer and silverware/dishes. Bottled water was provided to help us beat the July heat. Barb and her husband have their own cottage in the back. Couples or families traveling together can rent both rooms and have total privacy. We toured the beaches each day and sponge docks each night. The location makes it convenient to get around without touching the huge highways that surround the area. The city's performing arts center next door is another evening option. Tarpon Springs has very few B&B's, but this one is definitely a winner.

We had the pleasure of a wonderful stay at Ashley's in March 2009. The only word that can describe our opinion of this Bed & Breakfast is â��FANTASTICâ��. The antiques are intriguing - we loved exploring the home and viewing all the unique pieces. The front porch swing is a great place to kick back at the end of the day. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The hospitality is second to none!!! Barbara & Larry did an incredible job making us feel â��at homeâ��, giving us plenty of privacy and serving up a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay there again. Nick & Susan

Ashley's offers a peaceful retreat within walking distance of the sponge docks and historic Victorian area of Tarpon Springs. Barbara is the perfect hostess: sociable and welcoming, but not overbearing, and the breakfasts are fantastic!
