Cottage, Vacation Home Rental in Historic District Tarpon Springs Florida, three blocks to Sponge Docks,located in Historic District of Tarpon Springs. Home is a great seasonal rental. Easy walking distance to the Famous Greek Sponge Docks and Historic Antique shopping district. If staying at the home you can walk to the docks Via the Pinellas bike and walking trail, which is located off the back yard.Home is walking distance to both towns. All cotton and Maltlasse bedspreads.The home is located on a cul de sak, upscale homes across the street are located on the Anclote River. Enjoy walking to all the restaurants and sponge docks, and the Historic Antique Shopping District. Entrance to River park right next door. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the large screened front porch. Views of a fantastic fountain at the million dollar house across the street. No need for a car here, walking distance to everything, and in minutes. Also, the Trolley if you prefer not to walk. Town is located on the Gulf of Mexico, so you are surrounded by water, the Greek sponge Docks are on the water. The Home is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath,wood floors throughout, large eat in kitchen,living room and screened front porch are adjacent to each other, which gives you a nice open area. Home is on very private Cul De Sak, so even though you are right smack dab in the middle of town, it certainly does not feel like it. Home also comes with washer and dryer. If you are visiting Tarpon Springs,please also inquire at our Bed & Breakfast Ashley's Victorian Haven,located In the Center of Town, Historic District, Where you can have your own floor. Same number for both.

Home is located 2 city Blocks to the Greek Sponge Docks, Tarpon Springs Antique District is walking distance, Pinellas Bike Trail is right behind the home. The Walking bridge that goes over the Anclote River is about 500 yards away. It is close to Howard Park, Sunset Beach, and minutes away to Clearwater Beach.

This little bungalow is a great value...simple and modest, but clean and comfortable. Tarpon Springs, with it's Greek heritage, is charming and different than any other Florida beach town. The house is very close to everything. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like cutting boards, cookie sheets, etc., but overall, we had a wonderful experience. We'll never rent a hotel room again.

We appreciated having a lot of room and ability to use a kitchen to fix a special Thanksgiving dinner for my 90 year old aunt who lives nearby in an assisted living center. This home allowed her to participate in a "homey Thanksgiving". The house, while well aged, was comfortable and had easy access to surrounding areas.
