Description of the Tarpon Springs vacation cottage rental
We are booked for the Jan-March 2009 season! However, we have units available for the off-season months and the 2010 season. The Park is situated on a beautiful 6.5 acre peninsula surrounded on three sides by the "Bayou" which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. Renters are allowed access to all areas in the Park and previous guests have enjoyed sunbathing and fishing right at the water's edge along the seawall.
Our lovely Park offers the best seasonal rental location in the area. State and County law requires that we charge a 7% Florida Sales and Use tax and a 5% Pinellas County resort tax. We are also required by the City of Tarpon Springs to rent mobile homes for no less than 6 weeks so monthly rentals are not available. Please note: our in-season rentals (Jan-April) have a 3 month minimum.
