Partial water view from a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom manufactured home. Large living room, dining room, family room. Great for extended families or Couples traveling together.
Tiled out with new carpet in bedrooms. Fully remodeled kitchen summer of 2012. New oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Fully furnished. Sleeps six comfortably with one queen bed, four twin beds (can be put together for king).
$1500 USD/month plus cleaning fee. Includes electricity, AC/Heat, Digital Cable, Long Distance (US & Canada). Three month rental minimum October - May.

Area Information
Chesapeake Point is located on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by the Anclote River whose waters lead to the Gulf of Mexico. There is an abundant bird population in the Anclote River with a rookery in front of the park. Manatees and dolphins are frequently spotted from the Chesapeake Point Park and Spring Bayou. Short drive to Tarpon Springs and Howard Beach, 20 minutes to Caldesi Island, Honeymoon State Park. Walk out around the peninsula and enjoy the sunset, manatees and dolphins!

Good value and GREAT location!

We stayed at this cute place for a month is 2008. My husband fished almost every day and then golfed on off days. There were several pretty beaches nearby and beautiful downtown Tarpon was a deliteful treat with too many places to eat! (I love greek food now) The house itself was HUGE, the pictures don't do it justice. And it is 1 house away from the water (which is a shared property so you can hang out on the waterfront anytime!! Yeah!!). We highly recommend and hope to visit again soon for an extended stay!
