Chesapeake Point is located on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by the Anclote River whose waters lead to the Gulf of Mexico. There is an abundant bird population in the Anclote River with a rookery in front of the park. Manatees and dolphins are frequently spotted from the Chesapeake Point Park and Spring Bayou. Short drive to Tarpon Springs and Howard Beach.
