This is a lovely well appointed vacation home in Tarpon Springs. The home was renovated in May 2012 with new wood flooring, paint throughout, new appliances, and furnishings. This home is the perfect budget friendly yet luxurious vacation retreat.

This fully equipped house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a rear facing sunroom with a queen sleep sofa. The home can accommodate 8-10 comfortably. Cable and wireless Internet are included in the rental fee. Home features queen size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Sunroom features a queen sleep sofa and doubles as a fourth bedroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities and small appliances, all linens are provided, as well as an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home is close to the quaint and peaceful village of Tarpon Springs, which is listed in the National Registry of Historic Places. Located just a block from Anclote Park means that you are in walking distance to gulf beaches and one of the areas most beautiful parks. Anclote Park is the perfect family beach and park with playgrounds, picnic areas, beaches, and a public boat launch. Feel free to bring your boat and trailer as we have plenty of room to house your boat and trailer in our oversized garage. The Anclote Park boat ramp gives you direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby Anclote Key, Honeymoon Island, and Caledesi Island State Park (ranked No. 5 Beach in the U.S). All local beaches are all within a few minuets drive from the home. With gentle waves and exotic seashells -Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park Beach, will keep you returning to Tarpon Springs for years to come. The World famous Innisbrook Golf Courses are only 7 miles from the home.

The home is located in a quiet, family oriented, setting off of Anclote Road, and Alternate 19, approximately 35 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway, and approximately 45 minutes from highway 75. St. Petersburg is approximately 40 minutes south and Land O Lakes is approximately 30 minutes east. Tampa and the Citrus Park area is approximately 30 minutes southeast.
