Largest home in the community on the largest lot overlooking a canal to nowhere and a conservation area, it boasts a living room, family room, island in kitchen with eat-in area, large indoor utility room, split BR plan (1 BR is currently set up as office but could be converted to 3rd BR)and large screened porch. Fully furnished. All appliances in place including washer and dryer. Certain pets accepted with payment of $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. $2,000 per month for the months of December 2007, January 2008, February 2008, March 2008, and April 2008. $1,000 deposit required plus $250 cleaning fee.

Area Description

This home is off the 441 which is the major road in this area. Nearby are the Leesburg Mall, major restaurants, hospitals in Leesburg and Tavares, and medical offices. Lake County is famous for its Chain of Lakes where you are able to cruise through them to Jacksonville FL. If you are an avid fisherman, you will enjoy many hours on these beautiful lakes. We are less than an hour to Orlando in case the grandkids visit and you want to take them to see Mickey Mouse, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc. Nearby Mount Dora is called the "New England of the South" because of its rolling hills and majestic oak trees. Mount Dora also hosts several art festivals and street fairs throughout the year and is magnificently decorated at Christmas time.

We are directly across the street from the boat ramp for Lake Eustis which can take you to the other lakes that comprise the Chain of Lakes.
