Second and main floor offers Kitchen w/ top appliances, spcaious living area for large gatherings,laundry area, internet, plus 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.Open Balconies everywhere.
Outside : pool, sandy beach area, bbq, and dockage. Internet, tvs in almost every room.
The lakefront home leads to Open bay and via Tavernier creek bridge ( For the Fisherman) within minutes.

This masive home is located in private setting but yet close to all facilities. Movie theater, stores, water sports activities, food store,banks, gym, and just about everything.Minutes to Islamorada area.

Deposits: There is a $1,000 securtiy deposit required. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS 60 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN, unless we are able to secure another rental same price and terms. Than all but booking fee will be returned.
Other Fees: Booking fee $50.00 , maid departure fee $350.00, This rate does not include major Holidays and local events . The rate will be higher.
