Master bedroom (king size bed) and Guest bedroom (queen size) have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is decorated like the reef the home is named for "Beba Reef" with all the conveniences. The dining room and living area open to a spacious screened-in porch. And with the beautiful dockside view it will be hard to stay inside.
Downstairs has a paved patio area with covered parking, or pull out the ping pong table and start playing. The dock offers plenty of fishing and boat dockage area with water and electric available.
And the canals are clear and clean. You can swim and snorkel around the dock area. And watch for manatees, we see them all year round.
