Write a review My husband, myself and our friend stayed at this condo while visiting Yafo for our daughter's wedding. The beds were great, free wireless connection, TV's worked-all was clean and new. Security for the building was good and it was very nice to have secure parking every night. Convenient to shops, and easy walk to the beach. Although we did not use the kitchen, it seemed to be equipped with everything necessary. My wife and two children had the opportunity to stay at this ideal vacation rental in Jaffo for 16 days. Prior to leaving, our communications with the owner were all very helpful, prompt and courteous. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, down to a series of 8" x 10" pictures illustrating exactly how to find the condominium complex and our assigned parking space in the garage. When we returned, our security deposit was refunded promptly. The unit was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The value was incredible, especially when compared to the size and cost of a single room in one of the numerous Tel Aviv hotels in the area. At first, I was a little concerned that Jaffo would not be a pleasant or convenient location. These concerns were all for nought. Jaffo is only 5 minutes from the Tel Aviv beaches and less than 10 minutes from the heart of downtown. The area's mix of old and new provided us with a level of charm that we would not have had staying in Tel Aviv proper. The unit was quite spacious. Our 13 & 7 year old boys each had their own twin beds, while the master bedroom contained a king sized bed, a separate full bath, washing machine and clothes dryer, which was especially convenient given the length of our stay. For those few evenings when we elected to stay in, the units came complete with on-demand cable tv. The family room was spacious, the kitchen was complete with all needed amenities and the large balcony was an added plus. This apartment rental was my first rental experience and I've been told I have been spoiled. What a wonderful experience! The apartment was EXACTLY what I had expected; beautiful, clean and well maintained. It made our visit to Israel even more special since we were able to relax and be comfortable. Josef Avesar is also delightful. I would highly recommend his apartment to my friends. Without question, we loved this rental apartment like it was our own! "Mi casa su casa" prevailed. The apartment offered everything, including a brilliant location, stunning layout and furniture, great space, full-service amenities, access to Jaffa, Tel Aviv and Israel as a whole, and more. Try it! I am familiar with Israel and Tel-Aviv as well as other vacation rental offers and I have to say this was one of my best experiences. The unit is well maintained with attention to details, the location is great and feels lively almost every hour of the day. I would highly recommend to those who'd like to get the "real" Tel-Aviv/Jaffa. We just returned from a 2 week trip to Israel, our first visit to the country. This condo was our base for the 2 weeks, visiting our daughter in central Tel Aviv and traveling around the country. We had all the amenities to make us comfortable, and the location in Old Jaffa was great. We love the main street with the Abulafia bakery, and the close proximity to the Mediterranean and the galleries and restaurants. The condo is clean, modern and the wifi access is a huge plus. We spent several nights at other places while traveling in Israel, but none were as comfortable and homey as our Jaffa condo. I would recommend this unit to any family or friends traveling to Israel. The owner is a pleasure to work with, and made the experience very positive. We have not worked with a better owner, and we rent condos whenever we travel. This was a great choice for us. A very well furnished, CLEAN, and stylish apartment with all new appliances + excellent A/C. The owner is professional, reasonable and pleasant - as was our two week stay. Walking distance to the great Mediterranean beach - this place is a modern haven located within the historic, colorful, flavorful and magical Old City of Yaffo. New meets ancient in this beautiful, well appointed luxury condominium with indoor parking and Wi-Fi -- if you have the chance, don't pass up this delightful experience! We stayed for just a short week but wished we had more time. Perfectly situated to explore Israel and Tel-Aviv. A short walk to old Yaffo, good restaurants and what is probably one of the best wine bars in israel (check out Yoezer Wine Bar). Was very easy to arrange with a very professional and prompt owner (US based). The place was very modern, clean, quite and airy with A/C (a must have in summer). We will return! A beautiful condo - modern, spacious, bright and airy, with lots of 'creature comforts'. As to the location, the building enjoys a fantastic spot, nestled between the hustle-bustle of the Jaffa market and the romntic port... not to mention it's less than a 2-minute walk to Abulafia's!!! This is truly a great spot. This condo has all the comforts of home we would like: excellent air conditioning, wifi, modern appliances, solid construction. And it is in the midst of a diverse neighborhood rapidly changing for the better. We had no rental car; instead we relied on the various buses and taxis. Neighborhood is well-served by these. Historic sites are in the park just across Yefet. The nearby beach is great. Owner is accessible and a joy to deal with. No "misunderstandings"! Let's start with the owner who's a great guy and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The condo's location is ideal and away from the traffic of center Tel Aviv though your 10 minutes away. New condition with everything you need. The previous reviews said it all: Great condo! We have stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and we enjoyed all the possibilities provided and the near by walking distance to almost everything you need. The owner is aware and takes care of any small detail that is missing or have to be repaired, the attention is immediate. Your own parking and a very quiet neiberhood. I will defently recommend and will rent again on my next trip to Israel. The unit is on a 3rd floor, facing a quiet back yard. It is very tastefully furnished with modern furniture and came fully equipped. It was great having an underground parking (those who have ever tried to find parking in Tel Aviv know what I'm talking about). The unit has air conditioning in every room (worked very well and were much needed in Israel), the water heater generated ample hot water, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The location is superb. Right around the corner is Yaffo clock tower with some great restaurants and old Jaffa (must try the baguette shwarmma at Ayuny (sp.) across from Abulafia). Great ice cream across the circle at Dr. Leck. It's about 10 minute walk to the centeral beach in Tel Aviv, and a 10 minute by car to Ayalon (Israel's major inter-state freeway). The owner was very accommodating in getting us the keys (we arrived Israel at 1AM), and the same person came to pick up the keys at 5AM when we left. All-in-all we loved it, HIGHLY RECCO This is a brand new condo right in the heart of Yafo- near Yefet St and the clock tower with great restaurants near and Abulafia's- the best bread in Israel- try the cinnamon croissant. Also, Condo is near Artists' galleries and port- all within a short walking distance. Apt is in a great complex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a nice sized living room. It has a large plasma TV in living room and wireless internet. Also has dishwaher, washer and dryer, and all the amenities. My wife and I and our 2 children and my wife's parents stayed here and we loved it. We are recommending it to others. Also, there is underground parking.Condo is 5 minute drive to the beaches and the heart of Tel Aviv.
