Description of the Tel Aviv vacation apartment rental
The condominium is on the third floor, which can be reached by elevator. It overlooks the northern garden of the complex and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining area, and balcony, and exclusive underground parking. It can sleep up to six people. The condo is fully furnished and comes with a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, a kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, two plasma television, and 2 dvd's and a wireless Internet connection. We provide sheets and towels as well.
We have designed the condominium with the traveler in mind and have included everything that our own family would need to visit Israel.
The Location
The condominium is located in the historical and culturally rich city of Old Jaffa (pronounced Yaffo in Hebrew). It is within short walking distance of the Mediterranean Sea and the famous beaches of Tel Aviv, including the popular promenade along the shore (Tayelet in Hebrew). This three-mile walkway extends from Jaffa to Tel Aviv. You can take a leisurely stroll or ride your bike while enjoying the beach on one side and restaurants, parks, and hotels on the other.
The condominium is in the center of a city with 4,000 years of history. Jaffa was alternately ruled by the Egyptians, Hittites, Canaanites, Philistines, Jews, Muslims, Crusaders, and Ottomans, among others. Historical figures such as Egyptian Pharaohs, Alexander the Great, Judah Maccabi, Titus, Saladin, and Napoleon have been there.
Jaffa is rich in archaeological and historical sites, many of which are very close to the building in which you will be staying. You will also be within a stones throw of the many galleries, night clubs, and famous restaurants and shops that make Jaffa a popular attraction for young and old alike. At the nearby Old Jaffa Market, there are hundreds of antique and old furniture shops where people come from all over Israel to find unique items.
Jaffa has one of the most modern theaters in Israel, Gesher, as well as four other smaller theaters that offer a wide variety of entertainment. There are also several museums and dozens of restaurants featuring Middle Eastern, French, Italian, and other international cuisine. The complementary blend of the ancient and the modern is what makes Jaffa so special.

Great stay

No longer brand new but in fine condition. Very well equipped and great instructions on using appliances, directions to the property were great and included photos. Nice location in Yafo, next to the Shuk Hapishpisheem where there is lots of activity but the apartment is very quiet with a lovely courtyard. The old city is two blocks in the other direction and this property is walking distance to the newly refurbished Tachanah in southern Tel Aviv. Pull out sofa bed is very thin, other beds adequate.

Five minute walk from the beach. Very clean. If there is any problem in the apartment they are very quick to help and make sure everything in the apt works well. Very smooth transaction with the owner, and you can trust they will provide all that they promise. Great parking lot. Its also a five minute cab ride to almost anywhere in tel aviv. If we went back to tel aviv we would be more than willing to stay there again.

Great location and apartment, avoid the sofabed

This is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. It is in the old town of Jaffa with facinating history and sights, including Simon the Tanners house and the St. Peter's church. You can walk to an excellent beach with a warm sea and waves for bodysurfing - I could have stayed all day. Only thing we did not like was the sofabed, which cannot be used as the mattress is too thin. My teenage children loved the nearby flea market with almost anything on sale from junk to vintage clothes. You are near the best Tel Aviv bakery at Said Abu Elafia, 7 Yefet St. And Israel's best humus shop at Ali Karavan, HaDolphin. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a perfect location

This is the second time renting here. I have relatives all over the country and this is the perfect location. It is on the center of Hertzelia Pituach across the street from the beach entrance with 24/7 attendant and a pool. There are many local restaurants walking distance. There is private underground parking so you can travel and you are on the main highway (coastal road) in minutes and the ayalon is the next exit. There is cable tv and wifi. The only negative is the towels they provide are a bit cheap, but otherwise a luxury apt building. I will return

Excellent apartment, all details are taken care of, more than enough linens, towels, kitchen, bathroom supplies. Location is good with restaurants in the walking distance. Parking spot is a big plus. Very convenient for short or longer stay.

Great apartment that was just as advertised

This was our first experience with a holiday rental and I'm happy to say it has set a very positive precedent. The apartment and process of getting all the required information was as advertised. You couldn't ask for more regarding the location which was in the middle of a vibrant, diverse neighbourhood and just short walk to a beautiful beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything our family of four adults could need for our two week stay. We would definitely recommend the apartment and use it again ourselves.

Nice Condo, Interesting Neighborhood

The condo is in a nice building, Josef is great, directions are great. Kitchen is nice, it is roomy for 4 adults. Neighborhood is fascinating & fun. The flea market is a block or so away during the day & lots of shops & stands where you can haggle over prices. Lots going on till late at night. Walk by the beach at sunset is beautiful-5 minutes away. Kosher Schwarma by Clock Tower was awesome! Parking was a blessing after a day a touring to know you did not have to worry about finding a place to park. Only negatives to condo are if you do laundry, forget using the dryer, you must hang clothes out on balcony to dry and the beds are not great. This place is the best deal you will find-you can't have everything. Note to other Americans you must turn hot water heater on & off, which can take awhile to heat up, so plan ahead for taking a shower! Would definitely rent again.

A GEM in every respect

This condo is located in one of the most interesting ares of TelAviv, Jaffa---lots of flea markets, stand alone restaurants with sharwarma and other sundries. The unit is well appointed with free internet an two flat screen TV's (yes---you'll get ESPN, FOX and CNN). The kitchen is gorgeous, one bathroom is very functional the other one is a bit crammed but still usable. The parking is a HUGE PLUS, parking in Tel Aviv is a challenge. The owner gives you detailed descriptions as to how to get to his condo with 8x10 photos guiding you to the parking garage. I got a GPS at the car rental place, the GPS company caters to all the car rental companies and it was well worth the 100 bucks for a week of trouble free guidance.

Convenience and lots of room!

There were 5 of us visiting Israel for the first time and this aparrment was a soft landing. 5 minutes walk to some of the most fabulous Tel Aviv beaches, 3 bedrooms, undergrounmd parking, shopping, restaurants, etc. The owner's representatives are helpful, the terrace has a small ocean view and bicycle rental shops are near by. I especially enjoyed the free internet. For those that need the room...I highly recommend

Practically perfect

As Mary Poppins says "practically perfect in every way". It started with my dealings with the owner, Josef, who made things easy and comfortable. From getting the keys to directions from the airport with photos, he thought of everything. The unit is comfortable and has just about evrything you could want except for a coffee maker. The location is convenient to some great restaurants and ice cream but mostly it's a few minutes walk from the beginning of the prominade that goes along the Mediteranian down to the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv. I highly recommend it.

Our family of four adults and one child stayed at this lovely apartment in late-March 2010 and were very pleased. The apartment is modern and well equiped with everything that people on vacation require. The telephone, wireless internet and laundry facilites were very handy to have. The apartment complex is new and very safe plus the added bonus of the underground parking is so convinient. Its just 2 minutes walk to the famous Abulafia bakery, clock tower and eateries in old Yaffo. The old city of Yaffo with St Peters church, outlook over the sea and towards Tel Aviv is right there just minutes away on foot. We found the owner Josef to be a pleasure and very trustworthy to deal with. For those of you looking for a great two bedroom apartment to stay at in Tel Avis/Yaffo this the place to stay. Ideal for family

While in Israel for a wedding we stayed at this wonderful condo in Yafo. It was perfect for the family. We were in a great location, close to several good restaurants for eating out and markets for using the full kitchen in the condo. We recommend the bakery just around the corner (Abulafia). I still miss the amazing bread in the morning. The condo itself was amazing. Everything was clean and new. The balcony faced a courtyard of some kind and was unbelievably quiet. Even in a busy big city you didn't hear any traffic, just birds. The kids and husband were happy to have a nice tv with cable(or satellite?) and wireless access, respectively. I was happy with the kitchen, washer/dryer and ample space. It made traveling with the kids a breeze. I completely recommend this property to other vacationers.

Great condo

My husband, myself and our friend stayed at this condo while visiting Yafo for our daughter's wedding. The beds were great, free wireless connection, TV's worked-all was clean and new. Security for the building was good and it was very nice to have secure parking every night. Convenient to shops, and easy walk to the beach. Although we did not use the kitchen, it seemed to be equipped with everything necessary.

An Ideal Vacation Rental

My wife and two children had the opportunity to stay at this ideal vacation rental in Jaffo for 16 days. Prior to leaving, our communications with the owner were all very helpful, prompt and courteous. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, down to a series of 8" x 10" pictures illustrating exactly how to find the condominium complex and our assigned parking space in the garage. When we returned, our security deposit was refunded promptly. The unit was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The value was incredible, especially when compared to the size and cost of a single room in one of the numerous Tel Aviv hotels in the area. At first, I was a little concerned that Jaffo would not be a pleasant or convenient location. These concerns were all for nought. Jaffo is only 5 minutes from the Tel Aviv beaches and less than 10 minutes from the heart of downtown. The area's mix of old and new provided us with a level of charm that we would not have had staying in Tel Aviv proper. The unit was quite spacious. Our 13 & 7 year old boys each had their own twin beds, while the master bedroom contained a king sized bed, a separate full bath, washing machine and clothes dryer, which was especially convenient given the length of our stay. For those few evenings when we elected to stay in, the units came complete with on-demand cable tv. The family room was spacious, the kitchen was complete with all needed amenities and the large balcony was an added plus.

Our base while ini Israel

We just returned from a 2 week trip to Israel, our first visit to the country. This condo was our base for the 2 weeks, visiting our daughter in central Tel Aviv and traveling around the country. We had all the amenities to make us comfortable, and the location in Old Jaffa was great. We love the main street with the Abulafia bakery, and the close proximity to the Mediterranean and the galleries and restaurants. The condo is clean, modern and the wifi access is a huge plus. We spent several nights at other places while traveling in Israel, but none were as comfortable and homey as our Jaffa condo. I would recommend this unit to any family or friends traveling to Israel. The owner is a pleasure to work with, and made the experience very positive. We have not worked with a better owner, and we rent condos whenever we travel. This was a great choice for us.

A very well furnished, CLEAN, and stylish apartment with all new appliances + excellent A/C. The owner is professional, reasonable and pleasant - as was our two week stay. We stayed for just a short week but wished we had more time. Perfectly situated to explore Israel and Tel-Aviv. A short walk to old Yaffo, good restaurants and what is probably one of the best wine bars in israel (check out Yoezer Wine Bar). Was very easy to arrange with a very professional and prompt owner (US based). The place was very modern, clean, quite and airy with A/C (a must have in summer). We will return!

A beautiful condo - modern, spacious, bright and airy, with lots of 'creature comforts'. As to the location, the building enjoys a fantastic spot, nestled between the hustle-bustle of the Jaffa market and the romntic port... not to mention it's less than a 2-minute walk to Abulafia's!!! This is truly a great spot.

This condo has all the comforts of home we would like: excellent air conditioning, wifi, modern appliances, solid construction. And it is in the midst of a diverse neighborhood rapidly changing for the better. We had no rental car; instead we relied on the various buses and taxis. Neighborhood is well-served by these. Historic sites are in the park just across Yefet. The nearby beach is great. Owner is accessible and a joy to deal with. No "misunderstandings"!

Let's start with the owner who's a great guy and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The condo's location is ideal and away from the traffic of center Tel Aviv though your 10 minutes away. New condition with everything you need. The previous reviews said it all: Great condo!

We have stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and we enjoyed all the possibilities provided and the near by walking distance to almost everything you need. The owner is aware and takes care of any small detail that is missing or have to be repaired, the attention is immediate. Your own parking and a very quiet neiberhood. I will defently recommend and will rent again on my next trip to Israel.

The unit is on a 3rd floor, facing a quiet back yard. It is very tastefully furnished with modern furniture and came fully equipped. It was great having an underground parking (those who have ever tried to find parking in Tel Aviv know what I'm talking about). The unit has air conditioning in every room (worked very well and were much needed in Israel), the water heater generated ample hot water, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The location is superb. Right around the corner is Yaffo clock tower with some great restaurants and old Jaffa (must try the baguette shwarmma at Ayuny (sp.) across from Abulafia). Great ice cream across the circle at Dr. Leck. It's about 10 minute walk to the centeral beach in Tel Aviv, and a 10 minute by car to Ayalon (Israel's major inter-state freeway). The owner was very accommodating in getting us the keys (we arrived Israel at 1AM), and the same person came to pick up the keys at 5AM when we left. All-in-all we loved it, HIGHLY RECCO

Great Condo in Jaffo!!!

This is a brand new condo right in the heart of Yafo- near Yefet St and the clock tower with great restaurants near and Abulafia's- the best bread in Israel- try the cinnamon croissant. Also, Condo is near Artists' galleries and port- all within a short walking distance. Apt is in a great complex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a nice sized living room. It has a large plasma TV in living room and wireless internet. Also has dishwaher, washer and dryer, and all the amenities. My wife and I and our 2 children and my wife's parents stayed here and we loved it. We are recommending it to others. Also, there is underground parking.Condo is 5 minute drive to the beaches and the heart of Tel Aviv.
