a 2.5 rooms apartment located in prime location in Tel-aviv - Two huge rooms, 2 balconies, a nice hall, 4 air directions, a lot of light and air and a great atmosphere.
The apartment is fully accessorized: living room with T.V and stereo system, queen size bed, big closet, balcony with dining table, 2 desks, air condition in every room, wireless internet connection.
A fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, stove, microwave etc.
The apartment will be available from September 26th to October 25th (flexible)
The price is 5000ILS (around 1400&) for all the month or 3000ILS/two weeks (the first two weeks or the last two of the above period).
The Price doesn 't include bills (electricity, water etc) -it will cost around 100-130 ILS per week)

Alexander Yanai st.- one of the most beautiful and quite streets in the central-north of Tel-Aviv, only 3 minutes walk from the beautiful park by the Yarkon river, and 8 minutes walk from the sea and the port of Tel-aviv.
2 minutes walk from the central streets of Tel Aviv: Ibn Gvirol and Dizingof, but without the noise!
