A month in Tel Aviv

the apartment was on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. We had a space indoors for our car. This was needed as there is limited space on the street to leave a car. The building is new and very well located. The apartment could have been cleaner when we checked in and we had to buy coffee cups as there were only 4 , as well as other basics. The person whom we rented from was pleasant and helpful. We would stay here again if the price would be more reasonable.

As a returned customer you will get 5% discount next time you stay with us. The rate of $117 per night is actually our lowest rate of the year and is only given during the winter. As a result of the high prices (to buy) of apartments in Tel-Aviv it it is actually not so higher than a regular monthly rate of a regular rental for local renters that rent for a full year (around $85 per night), so comape to this, its just on the edge of being none economic to rent for the short term (with al the trouble involved) at such price. Actually we are concidered to be renting on a very low price comapre to other apartments of our size and location.

Pleasant stay

Nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (including a “small things” as salt and olive oil). The location is very convenient, walking distance to the major point of interest. As a plus, the apartment’s windows are not street facing so morning noise will not wake you up. Accommodations are perfect for a family, we are glad that we booked it.

The location of the property was perfect. Because of it's central location, we were able to walk everywhere- the beach, the market, restaurants, museum, Jaffa, etc. There was also free parking included which is a rarity in Tel Aviv. The apartment had all the amenities of home, except for a washer and dryer; however, there was a launderer near by, of course;-) The accommodations were very comfortable. We definitely plan to reserve this apartment again when we return to our beloved Tel Aviv.
