Park Apartment - Close to the Beach (#43782)

This is an excellent apartment has all that you need and more - we were not disappointed as what you see on web is what you get and more. Location is perfect for the park with river and stunning beaches a 10 ins walk via the park towards the hub of eating and shops by the sea in the port. 24 hr supermarket a minutes walk. Its got all you need within walking distance and although transport is there we chose to walk everywhere even to old Jaffa along the length of the sea front. Dotan was extremely helpful from initial enquiry through out the whole process, during visit to our leaving - absolutely recommend to anyone this place for value, location and comfort. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and that last drink at night. thank you for adding to a perfect holiday. My boyfriend and I stayed in Dotan's apartment for 10 days in August. To be honest, as the apartment was such a great price, we didn't expect that much. However, the place is lovely. It is very nicely furnished and it is a great size with outside space (balcony). It is next to Hayarkan park which was perfect for us - we played a lot of sports in the park. It is a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach and the port. The port has lovely restaurants and bars. It is a great place to go in the evening. If you want to be next to the beach, this might not be the place for you but if you don't mind a 10 minute walk, it is a great place, especially for the price. Great value! It was perfect for our vacation. Very smartly laid out and everything was on hand. Half a block from a wonderful riverside park (which has a free parking lot about five minutes walking distance from the apartment, if you happen to be renting a car), and close to Tel Aviv's nightlife as well as the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and the washer/dryer were a nice touch. Overall it more than suited our needs and the experience was wonderful. Would gladly recommend it to anyone. This apartment was great. We stayed there for a very comfortable 3 weeks. The location was excellent with supermarkets, buses, the beach, park and restaurants near by. The apartment is clean, kept in great condition and has everything you need when staying away from home. The best part is the owner was trustworthy and honest so we didnt have any worries..... just a wonderful vacation.
