This luscious beach-front apartment is located on the 13th floor of a brand-new stunning high-rise building. This beautiful marble-floored apartment comes with everything you need for a romantic weekend getaway or a month long family retreat. The apartment features a state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, multiple sets of beautiful dishes, Tupperware, eating utensils, serving trays, blenders, hot-water makers, pannini-maker, and everything you need to host a large family meal or small party. The kitchen also features an extending granite top table suitable for breakfast and lunch (seats 5). The dining room table is of rich mahogany with extensions that seat 12. The living room holds two lush suede couches that easily seat 6, a beautiful glass coffee table, 42" flat-screen LCD TV, and an amazing surround sound DVD system all of which overlooks the beautiful beach-front view.
