A Queen-size bed, a sofa-bed in the living room that sleeps two plus a single mattresses will enable accommodations for a couple or two as well as a family or 4-5 adults.

Ideally located in a quiet street, literally walking distance from one of the liveliest 24/7 quarters of Tel Aviv and 5 blocks from the beach and its 14 Km promenade. 8 minutes walk to the recently rejuvenated and stylized Tel Aviv port that hosts restaurants, cafes, trendy fashion stores, book stores, etc. A 5 minutes stroll will bring you to the HaYarkon riverside walk, exceptional for walking, jogging, cycling and boat riding, while open sport facilities and recreational parks along your path offer plenty of other activities.

We spent over 2 months in this apartment and felt like it was home. It was fully furnished and had many extras. It probably needs are few more storage containers for food (for leftovers) and a coffee maker (a north American necessity:) but other than that, the kitchen is fully equipped and life was made easier with the cupboard already full of spices. The couch turns into a bed, so a family with a couple of kids or 3 adults sleep very easy in there. Lots of blankets and linens to go around, lots of cupboard space. There is no parking, but there is a parking lot that is a few blocks away - very easy to access and not a bad price for overnight - we couldn't quite figure out the actual prices because one time we paid 4shekels for the night and another time we paid 40shekel! Go figure! But usually it was around 24shekels for the night. A good price and secure, we never had any problems. It is within walking distance of everything you will need - grocery, coffee shops, banks, post office, bus stops, etc. Although there were other tenants in the building, we hardly ever saw them and when we did, they were very friendly. The STAR of this apartment though is the owner and manager - very easy to deal with, accommodating and friendly. Very easy to contact and find out information and Alexandra was very willing to help out - especially helpful for those that come to Israel/Tel-Aviv for the first time.
Recommended for all ages, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
