Description of the Telchac Puerto vacation home rental

The house has three bedrooms and an extra guest room, two bathrooms,
living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back terraces, swiming
pool
& sauna (optional)
The house is fully furnished with:
Stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender,
silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc....
1 king size bed, 2 twin, 1 queen, sofa bed and hammocks.
Towels (beach & bath), blankets, sheets.
Telephone, TV, ,DVD, radio,CD player, ceiling fans, (no AC)...
Board games, books and magazines, movies.....
Two canoes & two bycicles
Cook/maid ,sauna, tour de la ciénega, fishing (optional)

Area Description

Escape into the beautiful Telchac Puerto paradise.
This is a beautiful, one-story, ocean-front house built in a 2
acres of green coconut plantation.
Telchac Puerto is a beautiful an quiet fishermen's town. The
ocean view from every and each single room of the house are truly
phenomenal. The bedrooms are all spacious and tastefully decorated
with ornaments and shell frames. The house has back and front
terraces were you can hang up your hammocks and enjoy the sunsets
and the ocean view with the soft breeze of the sea.
The swimming pool is completely surounded by coconut trees, honey
and grape plants wich make it very private and relaxing.
The natural beauty is truly fantastic!!! It is the best of the best!
Our community has so many things to offer. We are beautifully
located --far enough out of the busy-ness of the city but close
enough to Mérida. (45 minutes distance from our home).
Come and enjoy the conveniences of this beach like the
atmosphere in our charming home in Telchac Puerto. It is a magical
experience!!Telchac is located 45 minutes from de capital city of Yucatán wich
is Mérida, the white city.
We have the mayan ruins of Xcambó 10 minutes from the house where if
your lucky you will be able to see thousands of green singing
parrots.
Uxmal and Chichen Itzá are located at 1 ½ hours.
Dzibichaltun ruins are 30 minutes away from Telchac.
Right behind the house you can take a wonderful tour where you can
see four cenotes and a lot of wild bird species (flamingoes,
canadian ducks, camachos etc.) it's a tour you wont forget.
You shouldn't miss it, it's beautiful.
In the village you can rent some boats to take you fishing at
reasonable prices.

Also in the village you can find churches, bakeries, several
restaurants (wich serve tipical food), shops, convenience stores
where you can get every thing you need.

Market place where you can get: meat, fruits, vegetables.
On Sundays you can enjoy the best cochinita pibil in all Yucatan,
you wont forget.
As you can see there are lots of things to do, and we can suggest a
lot more of other options.

There´s also internet service as well as a small hospital. The house
is 20 miles from Progreso, which is the most important port in
Yucatán. Here you can find supermarkets, a bigger hospital, and a
small shopping center with 4 movie theaters and many handcraft
stores. First class restaurants and night clubs are found at
the “malecón” (The front beach main street of the port). Cruise
Liners stop at this port . Two hundred meters away from the house
buses come back and forth from Telchac to Progreso.

Hola Giselle and Carlos,I'm sitting in our home office watching snow blow all over the place outside and wishing I was on the beach in Telchac Puerto. Actually we have been wishing for that since the morning we had to leave. We left you a hand-written note and I hope you got it. To add to that message we really want to thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us. It was our home away from home and we really enjoyed taking care of it. The kitchen is well equipped for vacation cooking and the beds are comfortable. What more could anyone need? But to add to that there are the beautiful surroundings of palm trees, soft white sand, seashells and warm, blue ocean to swim in. We had a perfectly relaxing vacation with lots of fun and exploring. Once we get our plans all lined up we will be contacting you to stay again next year. We're even been thinking about longer than just a month....maybe 6 weeks, who knows? Thank you for being such gracious hosts. Grigorio and Elma were so delightful and helped to make our stay even more comfortable. at your place and are missing it since we arrived in Bacalar. Everything was so fine and nice and

We just got back to New York and we miss Mexico already!! We flew back and were greeted by rainy
cold weather at JFK - what a shocking return to reality!! Thank you for everything - we had such an
amazing time!! We will remember our first trip to Mexico forever and the beautiful village of
Telchac Puerto! Everything was perfect and we will never forget your beautiful villa, the gorgeous
gulf, the amazing pool and the unforgettable coconut trees and all the other incredible scenery. I

Hello Giselle!

Well, we made it back to Canada in one piece. We didn't want to leave your home though. We were
just getting to the point of feeling so comfortable, we could have easily stayed another week...or
so!

I trust you found our note and $20.00, cell phone, charger, keys etc.

We have some fantastic photos and also took a complete video of your property and inside and outside
of the house. We will email me you that - you may consider adding that to your webpage. It gives
the reader a very good idea of how beautiful your property and home truly is. We knew before
getting there that it was a beautiful place, but it was so much more than we had thought. So thank
you again for allowing us to be your guests and we would like to stay in touch with you.

Also, now that we are back, we have promised a report of your home etc. to some very good friends
who are planning vacations - I hope it is ok for us to refer them to you.
