Description of the Telluride vacation condo rental
I'm looking to sign over a two night stay at The Fairmont Heritage Place Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride. It is currently booked for Friday December 11 through Sunday December 13, 2009, although I can probably switch it to earlier weekend or mid-week dates if necessary.
This is a two bedroom unit that sleeps up to 6 adults. There is complimentary transportation provided from Telluride and Montrose Airports to the property, which is located in the Telluride Mountain Village. It is steps away from the mountain gondola for easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and other destinations in the town of Telluride. And the Himmel spa is located at the Franz Klammer Lodge if you'd rather enjoy the creature comforts of staying on-site.
The retail value of teh reservation and included amenities is $800-1000. I'm asking for only $500 (or best offer) for the entire 3 day, 2 night stay. Reservations will be confirmed with buyer and property at the time of payment. Check, Paypal, or other forms of payment should be fine.

Area Description
Telluride is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and further is one of Colorado's 20 National Historic Landmarks. Telluride sits in a box canyon. Steep forested mountains and cliffs surround it. Bridal Veil Falls is at the head of the canyon. Numerous weathered ruins of old mining operations cover the hillsides. A free gondola connects the town with its companion town Mountain Village, Colorado at the base of the ski area. The town of Telluride has served as the backdrop for several television commercials and is home to an international film festival. Telluride is also known for its ski resort and slopes during the winter as well as an extensive festival schedule during the summer.
