Description of the Tempe vacation condo rental
This Condo is totally private, single story with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of Tempe. The condo was built in 1986 in a new well established family neighborhood and has been owner occupied. It has newer carpeting, paint and neutral colors. It also has a newer refrigerator, washer and dryer along with a dishwasher, and microwave oven. There is 1100 square feet of living space with a fireplace in the living room and central air conditioning throughout. The tile floors in the entry, kitchen, pantry, and both bathrooms are color coordinated with the wall to wall carpet.

There is a private patio with a storage cabinet for your convenience. The grounds and the gated pool are well maintained. It is located close to the 101 freeway, ASU, and Tempe activities. The condo is also equipped with cable.

The condo complex does have a pool & a spa. It is parallel to the 101 loop and only 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We have been coming here for seven years because the home is cozy and comfortable. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with making our stay enjoyable. The home is completely furnished, plenty of storage, and two assigned parking spaces. It is a quiet neighborhood.There is a gas grill on the patio which helps with preparing meals so don't have to eat out all the time. The pool area is wonderful for relaxing in the hot tub.It is a very convenient location to Cubs Stadium,Tempe Marketplace, Tempe Town Lake,Old Town Scottsdale, Botanical Gardens, Heard Museum, and ASU. The Sky Harbor Airport is less than ten minutes away. We will continue to return every year.

Great condo

This was a great condo in Tempe. We were in Tempe for the Ironman Triathlon and this condo was centrally located. Pool area was well maintained but the pool was not heated. Hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again.
